Dictionaries are great things, but are you aware of how long they and Thesaurus take to make? Things are bound to go wrong, and that is why it's taken around 50 years to compile a new and extentisive thesaurus, and it's going online because the contributors know the job is never done.

this footage is right around 15 years old, and yet it is even more compatible today than it was then. Somehow, in the time that has elapsed since Miller did this (incredibly truthful and funny rant) our country has managed to make itself even more uptight and thin skinned. This is a guy (me) who cried when Bambi's mom got killed and I'm saying we've gotten to thin skinned.

I have like 10 dictionaries plus the full oxford english version. Like any twat you make a mountain out of a molehill over lazy typing. Dictionaries are 100% proof and as Suzy Dent will tell are in a constant state of revision.

Dictionaries are great things, but are you aware of how long they and Thesaurus take to make? Things are bound to go wrong, and that is why it's taken around 50 years to compile a new and extentisive thesaurus, and it's going online because the contributors know the job is never done.
Bias always crops up and you can't do any political ideology/terminology justice in the typical amount of space normally alloted to a word in affordable dictionaries.

It's not as much Miller's comedy as it is the fact that he sold out to Fox and now serves as the lone intelligent puppet among a mass of corporate tools.You can't keep credibility and humor when you flip flop as a comedian.One has to be sacrificed, and in this case, I believe it was both.
