hey dude awesome playing,u inspired me to play this song now again. just want to ask u that how did u made your strats bridge loose while using the tremolo. i have stratocaster too but its bridge is so tight that when use the tremolo the strings get dis tuned help me dude.

@sidtherocker91 That was the most difficult thing to get in this song. It took 26 takes and lots of toying with the guitar to get it so it would stay in tune for the whole song. My recommendation is to have a very good professional set your guitar up. Strats are not easy to keep in tune while using the tremolo arm.

@tvbshaw I monitor myself, to my right, as the video records cause it helps me from flying out of view whilst playing (Not used for practice). My philosophy as far as I play is that the ear is a muscle and listening is it's exercise. Throw in some extra curiosity and you basically have it. My system is simple as listed on my channel page. A side note on this particular song. It took more than 6 months and many failures to get it acceptable. I appreciate the Steve Clark compliment. :-)

@zachOSX This type of playing is about imitation. I would start with the best set of headphones you can afford and the best music player. Pipe the music together with your effects and guitar into the phones and start playing. When you notice a difference change until you are happy with the sound. It is an iterative process. Post some vids!

Amazing as usual man! I've gotta ask though, what amp/effects do you use? I've been trying for what seems like years to nail that tone in the beginning lead part and for some reason it always sounds a little off. What's your secret? haha

@brigmaticLaw If the guitar is out of tune even slightly it makes a HUGE difference. Couple that with my guitar not staying in tune when I use the temolo arm. This one was a beast to nail down for that reason. I posted several other failed attempts and I finally have an acceptable version for now anyway. I think I will let this rest. My gear is on my channel page. Very simple. Korg Pandora PX3.
