3 standard lots on an account with only USD 13,000 something seems like a HUGE risk. If the trade went the wrong way you'd lose in the dozens of %'s of your initial balance.
@isreasontaboo I agree this is not for everyone. I trade 3 different account where the level of risk varies. I have a homerun fund where I will use 30% percent margin and risk 30% on a breakout. But I also have an aggressor fund wher I will use 30-40% of capital and risk 4-5% of capital(best performer), I mainly go off the 5min chart on the aggressor. 15-70% is normal per month at these levels, 3-6 trades a day on average(mostly scalping).
