Those costumes are obviously cumbersome and damn-near impossible to see out of. The fact that neither Tigger mentioned in this report were found guilty is proof enough for me.
Disney seem to have a reputation of offering big payouts to avoid lawsuits so I guess some people think they can get some easy money by making up ludicrous claims.

It wasn't even a deliberate hit. Those costumes severly restrict peripheral vision, so you can't see anything but stuff immediately in front of you.
Tigger felt something touching his back, got startled, and swung around. I doubt that Tigger could even see the kid's face, let alone punch him.

that kid is fuckin retarded. i watched the vid over and over and either he tried to pull his zipper down or pulled his tail. if you see Tigger right before the "punch", he was normal about to pose for a picture but look closely, something startled him that made him turn around and put his paw up. he even grabbed his mask maybe indicating the kid tried to knock his mask off. personally, i think he did something to startle him and Tigger tried to push him off but, accidently hit him in the face.

It looks like the teen was pinching Tigger or pulling his tail, and the "hit" appears to be unintentional -- more like he was just trying to stop the teen from doing whatever mischeif he was doing, and because the mask prevented him from having a clear view, he accidentally brushed his paw against his face.
In any case, there is no way that this paw swipe could have hurt at all, or damaged the teen in any way. I think the teen is a troublemaker, and the whole family are dishonest whiners.
