Thanks, I have seen all of it. In the 70's, I was in my teens (I know an old guy), my father belonged to NSSA ( Video in my favorites), They shot competition not reinactments. Everything had to be according to original specs, not just look like it. I have rifle, carbine, pistol, sword, bayonet, unifrom, accesories both reproductions and original. Also the memories, hand loading, working leather bacause you could do it yourself. Want to do vid's but did not want to look stupid, need a kick.

wow man history can be a scary thing to look back on ,,its weird to imagine all those people who fought and died in that field ,,there are places like that all over scotland were i live,ive been to the william wallace monument in stirling ,and the have and old sword there that he used to use in his battles ,, this thing was massive and its hard to believe he used to swing it about chopping people up with it ,,ha ha ha ,he must been taking steroids or something,ha ha ha ,,great vid guys peace out
@MACKYBHOY1 It kinda puts things in perspective walking all through the hills and fields where America's ancestors fought and died. I kept trying to picture the chaos in my head. Scotlands history is full of really awesome stuff!! William Wallace, ah the great guardian! Dang, makes me wanna go to Scotland and yell FFFRRREEEEEDDDDOOOMMM!! =)
Cool place to visit, I saw on the stone that General Lyon was born in my state Conn. Have you ever seen cannon's like that really firing, way cool. The Muskets and Pistol from that era are really neat also.Thanks for sharing, take care and have a great day.
@ewtoutdoors The guns from that era are too cool! I've never seen an actual real cannon being fired. In August they are doing a re-enactment for the 150th anniversary. They are getting thousands to fight on the fields and use some cannons. Hopefully we'll be able to go.
