at 38 seconds into this vid, you can clearly see the dining room window is 1 pane of glass(lower sash)(that Sally later jumps thru.).Then at 5.45 she jumps thru a 4 lite pane glass in dining room. Im a window cleaner, so I notice these subtle changes.

Now rewatch the movie and see that there was no 4 lite(lower panes) window n the dining room.Just an upper and lower pane with only one diagonal wood strip. So this shows her jumping not thru the house, but a hollywood candy glass frame. I love this movie.

There is a house in Virginia, USA, that looks a lot like this house, with a large apple orchard where I used to buy apples for the kids.I got the creeps every time I went there because not once did I see the people.
