Michael Keaton should totally take over as the Joker now that Heath Ledger's gone... It would make sense, since he's already played batman, and the Joker shares such a resemblance to Beetlejuice anyway.
@shadowstalker1120 I should respectfully of course, disagree with you. Just because someone can pull off the same makeup job as the joker doesn't mean he automatically a qualification. I will give you that both Heath Ledger and Michael Keaton are very versatile actors and I am not doubting Michael Keaton's ability to pull it off. Crispin Glover on the other hand (George McFly from Back to the Future and Stayne from Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland) could make an exceptional joker.
@wylon87 I agree with you that there's probably someone out there better than Keaton to play the Joker, but with all due respect, I don't think it's Crispin Glover. While he was pretty good in ALice in Wonderland, it's roles like the supposed psychopath in Willard that make me doubt his ability to portray the Joker the right way. I like where this is going thyough, any other candidates you had in mind?
@shadowstalker1120 ...i think he'd be a little old for that by now. i mean i'm about the age heath ledger was when he made the movie as is it. besides, i look like heath ledger, dressed up as the joker in 2008, making improvements for that costume this year, AND i creep people out with the joker voice which i can do flawlessly. i'm not trolling; i just prefer to give credit where credit's due.
@blondrose84 Depends on how you look at it. Personally I think transforming into a carniverous demonic snake give the 'geuse a bit of an edge over mister J.
