Im getting pissed off now. I spent £120 on a HD PVR . . When I drag the clips onto Sony Vegas they lagg and almost crash the programme even though on Windows Media Player the quality is amazing. I do not think it works with 64 bit versions of Windows. I have reinstalled Windows Vista 64-Bit from a 32-Bit version, and it doesn't work for me either. Do you have a 64bit version of Windows?

I'm having the same problem. I use this program ALL THE TIME at work and all of a sudden it stopped working. I reinstalled it and it fixed the problem but the newer version doesn't encode to 3gp anymore (the ONLY format i actually need). I managed to find an older version but that gave me the error again straight away.

No worries if you can't help, i'm just annoyed about it!
