Schade das unserer Konig Sobieski hat damals die Tiurken in Wien besigt. Habe es werscheinlich nich Lauda , aber auch den Hitler nicht gegeben. Verdamte Germanen !!!
Yeah yeah yeah. And without the reliability issues in the two last races of 1962 and 1964, both of which he was leading, Jim Clark would have won 4 straight titles in 1962-63-64-65 instead of just 63 and 65. Then in 1967 he won twice the amount of races of either Hulme or Brabham, led almost twice the laps, only reliability let him down again from an easy '67 title. He died in a crash in '68 and Graham Hill took the title in his car...
My father told me as I was a kid that this guy was a legend. I did not really understand it at the time but I do now. wow! Bigger balls than I ever could have. God speed Nikki.

P.S. whats the song at the and called? (mail this song name to my account plz)
Superb driver 2nd best ever (After Alonso). 3 world championship brill (Same as Alonso after this season :)) Shame about his accident but these this happen in F1
Whoever doesn't count Juan-Manuel Fangio, Jim Clark (who Senna himself saw as the best ever) and Jackie Stewart in that list has no clue about drivers. None whatsoever.
And where's Alain Prost? 51 wins and 4 titles (with 2 other titles lost by 2points and half a point) isn't proof he is among the greatest ever? If all points were counted like today he'd win over Senna both in 1988 and 1989.
@McLarenMercedes Yeah. Fuck me. I don't know about F1. If your highness approves I'd also like to add Nigel Mansell to that list. Jokes aside. All of these drivers would go as all time greats of F1. And yeah as for Prost. RESPECT. Although due to his no holds barred rivalry with Senna he'd always be projected as an anti-hero of the F1 world.

cheers mate .that f1 game has got to be one of the cruelest sports of all time . drivers who always deserve the title never get it or lose it by 1 point .
another point im sure you all know and if you dont id like to share with you is that enzo ferrari fella was a stinky rat because after the crash he told all his employees and journalists and sports writers that lauda would never be the same driver again and he told forgheri to give reutemann the better treatment for the 77 season .
he was given last rites by a priest and doctors held out little hope for him as his lungs had ingested so much smoke fumes and as his helmet was ripped off from the impact his face was blasted by 800 degrees of flames for more than a minute . yet he came back 33 days later from this almost life ending ordeal .hunt should have just handed the trophy to lauda in 76 after the fuji race .

That GP would never have been given the green light today, and nearly wasn't even in 1976. There was so much rain visibility was non-existant, and Lauda still had problems with his eyelids from his crash and was pretty much driving blind. No wonder he drove into the pits and retired.
However one must remember Hunt's performance with a 3 year old McLaren M23 was worth a title alone and he was often let down by reliability or other "obstacles" in his championship charge.
Perhaps, but bear in mind Hunt was cruelly robbed of the victory in the British GP, and the Italian organizers saw fit to find some "illegal fuel" (which back home was tested and turned out to be legal) and relegated him to the back of the grid in Monza.
In that case Lauda could give his trophy to either Andretti or Hunt in 1977, both of which lead more laps, had more poles, but retired with reliability issues, whereas Lauda cruised home
