Creed is a lot better than Alter Bridge by Far. Alter Bridge never had hits like One Last Breath, Higher, or With Arms Wide Open. Creed is also way better than solo Scott Stapp too in my opinion.

You could not be any more wrong. Alter Bridge is the opposite of Creed. Listen to any song on Blackbird - there just isn't any comparison. Alter Bridge is superior to Creed. Both good, but AB is better.

No, I wouldn't really say their musically far superior to Creed. I think that One Day Remains wanted to be like a Creed album so much, and it felt like Scott Stapp constantly was lurking somewhere in the studio. At Blackbird Alter Bridge did find an own sound, though, and that album could be messured up with Creed's albums.

If I can say so myself, I think Stapp is a better songwriter than Kennedy. I just can't relate to Alter Bridge's songs like I do with Creed's songs.

Tremonti and the rest spent so much effort trying not to sound like Creed the music became restricted. Creed songs such as this make the hairs on the back of my neck stand up, my heart race, and my love of music re-defined. Alter Bridge are good, but Creed are special, that's just how it is.

It's all about opinions though dude, I think Creed were awesome, they made some amazing songs but Alter Bridge are my favourite band bar none. It's obvious Alter Bridge hasn't sold anywhere near as much as Creed but Alter Bridge is a lot heavier and a lot less radio friendly. It's also about what kind of music is popular at the time, right now rap and rnb is huge in the states, metal/rock like AB isn't very mainstream right now.
