@MaximA014 Nope. Rivermaya had a concert in Batangas and Rico, who was dating KC Concepcion at that time, asked her if she wanted to come along. Unfortunately she had to go to a previous appointment so she told him that she wanted a BALISONG aka Batangas Knife as pasalubong. Kaya lang nakalimutan ni Rico bumili dahil na rin naging busy sa show. They were on their way back to Manila when he remembered. Not wanting to disappoint her, habang nasa biyahe gumawa siya ng kanta na tinawag na: BALISONG.

I also used to go to the church with many other Filipino guys when i was back in Vietnam. Rivermaya is my inspiration when Im writing my own music. The lyric is great and yet the melody is so mellow and catchy. I don't know anyother Filipino band than Rivermaya.
