Hi Rosemary.. I just want to thank you for this delicious sugar free cheesecake recipe.. I melted some sugar free strawberry preserve in a mic and put some on top before I chilled the cheesecakes in the frig..They came out so good.. You are a God sent...I will definitely be making these again..
@MysteriousButterly sorry no the almond milk will not let it set....you can use 2% or skim..hope you make and enjoy after you make them you can freeze them ..like ice cream really good..big smiles...love rosemary
This looks great for keeping the house cool in the summer. Thanks Rosemary! I tried to submit a video of when I oven baked a cheesecake with Truvia. Let me know if you could see it. I like yours because it's easy. Thank you!
i finally did this recipe ;-( but i was not succesful with it mine didnt really set and were still really soft i did follow it but i dont know what happend but what ever it was still really good i will definitly try it again..maybe the 2nd time it will be better
i live in the uk and they dont sell jell-o here but really need something sweet like this so i found a site that sells american products but they only did the chocolate not the vanilla so i hope they turn out ok thanks for the recipe x
I made this tonight and it was sooo good! I made allison's 35min cake the other day and you two ladies are going to get me in trouble lol! Thanks for posting. :-)
Oh man this looks devine!!! I went to the store to get all the ingred for this. But what I found was the jello sugar free cheesecake flavor pudding mix. I wonder if vanilla would still be better or if I should use the cheesecake flavor? Oh boy what to do, LOL. I have frozen strawberries that once they defrost have more like a glaze to them that would be perfect for this recipe. Thank you for sharing! Love ya!
@225down150togo your so welcome and if you add trivia to your strawberries and let sit for about 30 or 40 min. it will make a glaze to put on top ...love ya..love rosemary let me know how you liked
Rosemary, I tried your recipe last night. I just had to try it. Super easy and WONDERFUL. I put half in the fridge and half in the freezer, but they are really great. I think I might try to add some fresh fruit to them next time. Very very yummy so THANK YOU for sharing this! Love ya girl!
I just made these and put them in the freezer omg it is like eating ice cream So so GOOD thanks for sharing my sis love u !!!!!! oh yeah i put the rest in a bag and put them the freezer so i am only eating one a day yum yum !!!!!
I made these and they seem a bit soft...I wonder what I did wrong? I used the same big box of sf vanilla pudding...I did use the reduced fat cream cheese...Could that have been it? It's great ,but doesn't peel back like yours :(
@allisonpacino Not sure sweetie did you use 2% milk and only 2cups? maybe if you put them in the freezer for a few min. they will firm up...sorry but I really could not tell you....love rosemary
Rosemary, these look fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish they sold the sugar free jello pudding mix here in Germany! argh... they don't sell the normal one OR cheesecake.
OMG, just made them rosemary, i did use splenda and used SF jello cheesecake, used a murray shortbread cookie that will bring minimal calories because 8 are a serving, and of course my HOOD which is reduced calories, carbs, and sugars, the flavor i think is BETTER than cheesecake....i put into the freezer to set it up faster, can't wait to have one whole cheesecake cupcake, thanks for the recipe! xxoo~nicole
I have made those before...although I actually used crushed graham cracker for the crust at that time and another time I used Nilla Wafer cookies for the crust and I really like topping these with either Blueberry or Cherry. YUM. I have to watch the sugar, But, I'm better with a little natural type sugars than I am with the artificial sweetners. So, regular Nilla Wafers or Graham Crackers are OK for me. Again, thanks so much for sharing.
OMG, tonite i am making this, yum yum yum... i think i'll add the SF jello cheesecake pudding instead of the vanilla... i'll let you know how it takes!!!!! xxoo~nicole
love it!
