@jappanese its a bench shirt it makes it easier to bench its kind of like a big elastic band.

@jappanese No it is not cheating. In powerlifting you can do RAW meets (without gear) or meets with the suit you see here. So hes training for a meet where in which OTHER people will too be wearing the suit. It would be cheating if he wore the suit and no one else could.

The suit makes it easier, I didn't say it wasn't hard. As a matter of fact this is actually harder because with the suit you use so much more weight. You should try for yourself and see how difficult it is.
