without the 96 octane fuel, the 1/4mile time is around 11flat and 0-60 is around 2.9

you can only use the launch control for 4 attempts per day so it you can scratch some tenth of a second in 0-60 times if you're attempting a run without the launch control.

But consider that the SLS has 571PS and less weight, 458 has 570PS and weighs less, the Turbo S has 530PS but also less weight and the GT2RS has also around 620PS and it weighs 1370 Kilos :D

From 0-200kmh the Nissan GTR is a bomb. Due to his weight and physics it is not that good above 250+ kmh. There are a lot faster cars. I stopped this Nissan for ~38 seconds. The 480ps version was tested with 53 seconds. So quiet an improvement.

For 0-300 comparison: SLS 35s, 458 32s, 997 Turbo S 30s, GT2RS 26s.

So the nissan is great for short races like 1/4 oder 1 mile drag races. But after 200kmh it's not that great as many fans want it to be :-D

They might not redline the "overdrive" gear but they do a fantastic job at redlining all the other gears and bringing out the power in this beast. Such power for a stock version. The Hennessey GTR800 upgrade package makes the 0-60 in 2.6 seconds and 1/4 mile in 10.5. Needless to say 592awhp (813@crank) will beat almost any other supercar out there.

The supercars are much more than straight line racers, and even with 340 km/h there will be always someone faster than you. I have a ferrari and most of the time i "race" some other cars under 200km/h, because french roads are full of policemen and shit like that so... I plan to buy the GTR r35 (2009) and this will be perfect for thoses roads !
