  • esse vocal é foda demais!!!!!

  • Angel Dust, the most infravalorated album of all the times!!

    Thanks FNM for all!!

  • i find this song very uplifting for some reason

  • Change to 240p to get sound from both speakers/headphones (thumbs up so others will see this too). Terrible video editing and a not-so-credible audience, but it doesn't stop the band from kicking some serious ass :)

  • Damn i'd sacrifice everything to be there live!!! Now everythings ruined hehehe

  • Billy is a killer on the bass guitar.

  • An Acid Friendly Environment...!!

  • Cool costume Billy! great stuff

  • Love the bumblebee suit. he should start speaking spanish like in Los Simpsons.

  • if it's only coming out of 1 earphone (or speaker) put it on 240p, sounds better and comes out of both

  • I like how it's all innocent in the beginning & then the chorus hits & you're like agghhhhh!!! Awesome!

  • Comment removed

  • 2:25 It was very human and cool of Mike to apologize to the crowd for apparently screwing up the lyrics

  • fall out boy wish they were faith no more

  • wow this is when mtv put on bands that actually were good.

  • @drumrun it aint mtv.

  • The stereo seperation is fucked up, all the volume's in the right speaker >.<

  • completely rock'n'roll ! love it !

  • "Have you guys tried any of that DC CRACK? ...I HAVE!!!" -Mike Patton when I saw them 20 tears ago in DC ...it was also 98 degrees and 100% humidity in the damned place and the band told the house to turn the AC OFF!! -Patton came out in a full fireman's suit ...dunno how he did that without DYING!

  • I dare say that Mike Patton is the only vocalist in rock that can actually sing live as well or better as the album recording, bar none. Most vocalists are over produced and suck live with the possible exception of Eddie Veder or Kurt Cobain (RIP).

  • @richardweyer2021

    or Layne Stayley

  • Hellyeah! Looks like there's more metal kids there. Much more fun you'll have in those shows.

  • This vid is sick. Awesome crowd. wish i could have been there!!! FTM is amazing.

  • lol that suit is so Bungle-ish.

  • what a crazy scene. what a crazy video. love it.

  • essa musica é foda!

  • hahaha, the guys sound really out of sync on this one, it's ok anyway, once you're headbanging you don't give a damn about sync or missing notes...

  • I think they callled the album Angel Dust because it is so addictive

  • oooOOOOOooo simulated lightening bolts!

  • Angel Dust = perfect album.10/10, not a single bad song on there.

  • this is like my favorite faith no more song off my favorite faith no more album!!!!

  • this was on tv like 10 seconds ago on channel 4 awesome

  • Not enough people give Roddy credit..I Think his keyboard playing give the band a poweful and unique sound

  • yeah i know what you mean i love his work.i think they do the songs better live there so much heavier but i love angel dust best album ever

  • wow this sounds like johnathon davis

so far ive heard his voice go from brandon boyd to soad and now korn like

but they were before all of those bands so did those bands rip fnm off?

  • Short answer?

    Yes.

    But very poorly.

  • yes

  • read on wiki....they were inspired by fnm especialy korn......i h8 the fact that most nu metal was inspired by these even linkin park ....fnm one of a kind !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • i'm seeing that....

the band could have been a lot bigger if their name wasn't faith no more

with that name a lot of people, including myself, didn't pay attention to them for obvious reasons

  • because of your delusion?

  • what?

  • Billy is cool:D

  • yeahhhhh great song and best band ever!!!!!!!

  • why the fuck arent they playing this song live!!!!!!!!!!

Damn, listen to that Pounding Bass. Gould is the driving force of FNM's sound

  • sexual

  • Damn straight, one of there best songs, best bass and not playing on Reunited tour so far. I hope they play it in Dublin. I will be yelling it out several times.

  • Angel Dust was, by far, the best FNM album. Too bad this song was terribly editted for time. Whole measures were taken out to fill whatever time slot was allotted.

  • Great video, I just wish I could see it in a higher quality.

  • type &fmt=18 at the end of the link

  • I was just about to say it looks like that performance was on The Word then littlesth0b0 preempted me. Never remember that ep though remember seeing Sepultura and Nirvana on there. Cant wait for Download either!!!

  • wtf with the sound?

  • la cagooooooooooooooo!!!!

  • mono aparantley

  • jim martin cliff burton

  • Sweet bass playing there by Billy Bee

  • Very good the song and the video!

  • Best voice in rock!!! My favorite FNM song :)

  • Salgueiro é o Caldeirão!!!

    (Vejam a camisa de Mike!!)

  • The Word had some pretty outstanding acts for such a pony show, as it happens - it just got spoiled everytime by an ex Corrie pensioner, or them aiding the the decline of Oliver Reed by getting him smashed and having him perform Wild Thing...

actually, that was pretty funny, can't deny that

    I cannot wait for Download.

  • same man!

  • i know i cant wait,,

  • Wow - this crowd has no idea what they are witnessing!!!

  • yeah, see you in the hurricane!

  • what happend to great mike patton?

  • They're back for a reunion ;).

  • sure!!!!!!!???? is the beast news

  • great Fantomas, Tomahawk, Mr. Bungle, Peeping Tom, collaboration with John Zorn.....

  • Unbelievable stuff....long live FNM!

  • Holy cow!!!! This is by far the heaviest I have heard them play this song (one of my favorites, too).

  • Did you know Cliff Burton and Jim Martin used to be in a band together...you can find it on youtube

  • great bass guitar!

  • brilliant

  • The bass sounds amazing on this clip, as does the band in general ^^

  • Simply fantastic!!!

  • Personally, I feel that one of the reasons that FNM's popularity hasn't spread as much as it definitely should is because it is a band that's impossible to pigeon-hole them. For example, you can say that "If you like Metallica, then you'll like Pantera." You can't do that with FNM, seeing as they're so unique. My hat is off to them for choosing to make music instead of money.

  • I am so agree with you about the highlight that represents FNM in the History of Music. Mozart would love them.

  • That`s the best explanation i`hve ever reado :D

  • @jeffgreensquared You can say "if you like interesting music, you'll like FNM."

  • @jeffgreensquared thats not necessarily true, but yeah they're definitely one of a kind, same goes for Mr. Bungle.

  • @jeffgreensquared Man that's bull!!!! I love Pantera, and I love Faith No More, but I don't like Metallica. What's wrong with that picture?

  • @jeffgreensquared "If you like music that isn't complete and utter shit, you'll like FNM."

    Fix'd :)

  • @jeffgreensquared No, FNM's EPIC was SO BIG Patton wore his band he was still in previous BUNGLE shirt in that vid and WARNER BROS. signed them to a 3 album deal... Angel Dust (plus the 1st Bungle album) are repsonsible for ALL the NU METAL today (Korn Slipknot blatant RIP OFFS) -- MTV filmed the Making of Angel Dust, you never saw it, WB did not like it-TOO ARTSY, they wanted another REAL THING didn't promote next 2 albums some don't even KNOW OF but Patton himself chooses to NOT B in spotlight

  • @jeffgreensquared

Can't really do that with metallica and pantera either, but good point

  • @satanpie666 My apologies, I wasn't really trying to condemn either band by saying they sound the same, but putting things into groups is a huge marketing tool. I for example don't think Soundgarden and Nirvana sound very similar at all, but a lot of people who bought Nirvana records bought Soundgarden records because they heard they were in the same category as Nirvana. I was merely applauding Faith No More for distancing themselves from any easy comparisons that would land them some dough

  • @jeffgreensquared Agreed. Have you heard any of Mike's other work like Mr. Bungle or Fantomas or Tomahawk or Peeping Tom or some of his stuff with John Zorn like Moonchild Trio. Sorry I was having a field day with naming some of the stuff but I limited myself cuz I could go on forever. I love Mike and his voice

  • Haha Billy fucked up on 2:06 must be the costume!! but he is still the best!! FNM forever! I still have all their albums originally bought when they came out. Gotta get together again!!!

  • lol SOAD are FNM's heir ?

shows no understanding of either band. in no way similar.

If anything DEP would be argued 'loosely' as FNM's heir.

Saw FNM live 3 times. Awesome every single time.

  • have you heard DEP and SOAD?? DEP doesnt even come close to FNM, only for the fact of Patton doing vocals on one of their albums.

  • One of my favorites... FNM, a LEGEND !

  • It is a shame that there is only one live version of this song available on youtube-...it is a great song!

  • yeah..'angel dust' great album...

  • i wanna know what kind of Amp mike is using?? is that tipical FNM guitar sound!! somebody...help!!?!!

  • You mean Jim Martin's sound? By this ear it's an early 90's Mesa Boogie. SInce Jim is friends with James Hetfield he probably jammed out and dug the sound.

  • Mike looks like a truck-stop attendant.

  • midnight cowboy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

my dad saw faith no more in 93 or so and said it was the best concert he has ever seen..

wish i could see them live.....

  • Вот, блин... Это только Паттон может проебать строчку в песне так, что ему это с рук спустить даже рады будут!

    "Oh, I'm sorry!!"

    XDDD

    Such a fucking charmer.

  • Fuk the music was tight!

  • You are right there.

Music today is missing everything. Faith No More does have an heir....called System of a Down. Very very similiar.

  • Although SOAD are very talented, Faith No More were simply on a higher level.. a level that SOAD can never reach ;)

SOAD's lyrics generally have political meanings.. Faith No More's are simply lunatic, outraging but at the same time beautifully intertwined.

  • Today's stuff is just background noise compared to the genius that is FNM.

  • @extremedavo1979 today stuff is better than fnm discography, get your facts straight you ignorant piece of shit

  • @yovioleatuzorramadre todays music blows no talent required

  • @TheMontanto yeah thats for fall out boy/justin bieber fans like you. real music needs talent, make a research, and dont expose yourself like the ignorant you are. thanks.

  • @TheMontantowhat are talking about i just said todays music sucks 90s where the best

  • super duper

  • did he wear those clothes everyday while promoting that album? maybe he was eating that weird sandwich too...

  • KGThrash02... your comment was brill... lol :)

  • XD did anyone catch that Patton left out "But he made us proud, he made us rich." Before the "And how were we to know he was counterfeit." And then apologizes, too damn good. But that one line is one of my favorites, dammit...

  • the whole song was shortened, i think it was intentional

  • It's like a single edit because they were playing on TV.

  • exactly

  • that was great

  • king and angel dust are both great.. disco volante and california destroy both of them though :)

  • I thought FNM took a while to get going, and their first few albums, while good, had too much messing about. Angel Dust was an album they'd been building up to, every album before it was better than the last. In my opinion it's by far their best one. After that, they changed guitarist and direction. While that new direction was still awesome, they dropped more of their synth and became more of a hard rock band - not that that's a bad thing, but it just wasn't as interesting.

  • faith no more´s best album by far is king for a day. the influence spruance gives to the record is amazing, and at the same time the other four where experiencing their best songwriting...

  • a penny won't do!

  • Cuckoo for Cacka, that's all I have to say. The blistering guitar on Last to Know, the pulsating sounds, the killer moods, what's NOT to LOVE about KING? Sure different strokes for different folks, but I think it's their BEST. I thought it was ANGEL for a long time, but no. It's not. It's KING.

  • You don't like it at all? Not even the softer songs like "King for a Day," "Just A Man" and "Evidence"? How about the swinging "Star AD," the punky "Digging The Grave" or the Bossa Nova "Caralho Voador"? Did you at least enjoy Angel Dust or AOTY, or are you simply a TRT fan?

  • that's a legitimate opinion, and i'm sure you're not the only one who holds it. i just happen to disagree with it. you're correct in that KFAD is so radically different from every other FNM album, but for me that's part of the appeal. and trey spruance's guitar work is head and shoulders above jim's and jon's, in my opinion.

  • the best live singer ever!

  • angel dust ear is when pattons balls dropped hahaha best FnM album!!!!

  • This is just a fuckin a performance,from a fuckin a group!

    Love em'

    xxxxx

  • its a great song but i don't think this is their greatest album

  • king for a day the best album

  • i think the greatest album is the real thing but i think king for a day is a fukin great album too

  • i think angel dust is their best album

  • angel dust is their best album, king for a day is good but not *as* good

  • angel dust is good yeah.. but its really not their best album... (in my opinion of course)

  • id hav to agreee.

  • "The Real Thing" for me but "Angel Dust" is like 2 % behind. I think "KFAD" and "Album Of The Year" shares the 3rd place since I really can't decide which of 'em that's the better one. FNM's the greatest bande ever!

  • mi tema preferido y my video clip preferido...jajaja igual se pifiaron!

  • Angel Dust:

    Caffine

    Everything is Ruined

    Kingdom Kindergarden

    Small Victory

    Tops!

  • you forgot MIDLIFE CRISIS! ;)

  • this just looks fun

  • Still to this day...my favorite band :). Patton=Fucking genius!!! Good recovery for the wrong words too lol. :D Cute!!!

  • The crowd is insane!

  • puta el grupo pabueno, me cago... FNM son la raja!

  • yaaa bad ass song!

  • THE SOUNDTRACK OF MY LIFE RIGHT HERE

  • best song ever

  • Superb band.

Provided the soundtrack for my mispent youth.

Was this clip from The Word?

  • great great song!!!!!!!i love this clip

  • Patton will always be one of the greatest vocalists of the 90's. LONG LIVE FNM!!!!

  • and today...he hasn't lost his vocals at all...i think he sounds even better today

  • Patton got his balls tickled during this performance but he's still the man! It's alright we all mess up....I got my balls tickled yesterday by leaving the interior light in my car on & I ended up needing a jump start...

  • wat r u talkin 'bout?

    ROFLMFAO

  • Patton skipped lyrics n shit...hence he got his balls tickled....Balls Tickled isa saying for losing whether its your fault, not your fault or bad luck, just losing in general.....ex. If you buy something expensive & it ends up being a piece of shit then you got your balls tickled

  • He sure got his balls tickled

  • i think every albums is good and they got progressively better every time in the studio....but i liked introduce yourself more than real thing even though r.t. was probably a better album . mosely was totally cool by me.a rare case of the band getting better and better before bailing.

  • most people say that angel dust is one of the worst fnm albums but i dissagree in the album it shows the full talent for all of the members in the band like patton in AGGRESSIVE

  • um i don't think people say that at all. its their best album by a fair margin i think, not that i don love the others.

  • right on man.....Angel Dust could've been their best

  • lying in bed watchin the word one night and this came on.........all them years ago, ive never been the same since...just want to say thanks

  • It's unfortunate that this performance was edited for tv, for it's a great song!!!

  • thanks for everything faith no more......

  • fuuuuuuuuuuckin tiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight! ya patton messed up but still rocked. cool song. i wish it was more like the verses thought, guess i dont dig the chorus much. bridge is sick too.

  • That bumble bee outfit is awesome and all those kids head banging is fun

  • the song s shorter...

  • they were all pretty loose, but didn't really seem to give much of a fuck. I love this band and i miss them in this era.

  • i just wanna be a woman

  • "OH, I'M SORRY!" :)

  • exellente

  • The 'a penny wont do' break is one of the greatest things in rock, ever.

  • Yeah. Patton missed a verse, Roddy kept playing the keys when he shouldn't have, and they took out a couple of measures to shorten the song for TV time. Still cool to see this live though. It's my favorite FNM song.

  • My favorite too, I just hate that they had the mixup there, that sucks.

  • Thank baby Jesus for the light that is Faith No more and Saint Michael of Patton; The Zenith of Sound!

  • This Show is UK Channel 4's 'The Word' hosted by Terry Christian in the early 90's. Oh, Great Video!!!

  • seems just fine, just great, everything was ruined though it was just great

  • i love this guys and this song and of curse MIKE PATTON

  • Yeah, Mike flubbed it.

I love Billy, he's a bass hero of mine, but I can't help to think that maybe he would've had an easier time playing in something other than a sweet bee costume.

  • He probably would've, but you can't help but LOVE the bee costume! I think it's adorable! Billy rules =)

  • But did he really fuck up, or was "everything ruined" on purpose?

  • @fourlayers ha. I see what you did there.

  • no gwald, you're wrong. patton did fuck up at 2:30. he even says sorry for it. he forgets a verse.

  • i like the tv show is so' funny

but i like more this interpretation xD
