go to the verizon store and have them check it out, if u have it in your pocket a lot it can be the fault of a pressure crack or overheating. and its not water damage. but its mainly bcuz of a pressure crack if its been in your pocket. ut just go to the verizon store. a replacement will be 50 dollars and if u have a micro sd card switch that over too. but yeah just a crack not a big deal. and the OK button if that doesnt work its bcuz of excessive pushing. that is what u need to avoid
