The mufflers sounds pretty good, and not as loud, but still loud enough. They have the turbo in 2010 like they did in the CART days.

The sound of the IndyCars was one of the best parts of the race. When you're driving to the track and hear the sounds getting louder, it gets you pumped up. At the Indianapolis 500, I get goosebumps hearing the cars roar down the track! Hopefully it's not that much of a difference between the collective sounds! I love IndyCar and want them to succeed, but some of their decison making is just plain idiotic!!

One indy car is louder than an entire field of NASCAR rides taking the green flag. At least at Kansas Speedway. One full indy race leaves peoples' ears ringing for days afterward.
