I was running across a 3 mile bay beach in the North of Eire, a little place called Portsalon. The breakers where crashing onto the shore and occasionally the sun would break the cloud and make light pools on the ocean. I was crazily in love with an irish nurse called Mary. As I ran along the beach that day this track came onto my walkman ~ it was like flying, floating, ascending into an another plain - transcendent I guess. You cant keep those moments, you can only live them.
