those big and small plugs come in three categories:

1. 1/4" or 6 mm

2. 1/8" or 3.5 mm

3. 1/16" or 2.5 mm

Actually you'd need a more powerfully charged magnet to destroy the data on the hard drive (though speaker magnets can cause loss if they're powerful enough). Nice setup. I'm thinking of something similar for my small room (my bed's a loft type so I can fit a bunch of gear under it). Curious - what do you use that older imac for?.

Hey, I got a Soundcraft, I am not sure of the model (its in the back of my car). I thinks its called a "Dave16" or something. The place where I work, was going to throw it away. I cant find the power supply, but supposedly it works.

Geektastic! :-) I noticed the car light bulbs on the crossover inside that Yorkville woofer. If you overdrive your amp and it starts clipping, the bulbs will light up and absorb the excessive power in order to protect the speaker.
