3DE is a perfect port of console SSF4 balance. These guys are using Lite Mode, which is totally optional and allows insta-moves. Why not use normal/Pro-mode in this tourney? Cuz thats what the damn console version is for!

Thus one can deduce that this tourney was just for the lulz and the outcome was inevitably gonna be a broken charge character winning.
