Wow. You captured some great footage! My parents were one of the last cars through this area before anyone realized that the river had taken the road. They almost didn't make it from Lolo Pass on to Barlow Trail. Seeing this video makes me so grateful that they were not hurt.

@dlhbyh7 Lolo pass road is 17 miles east of sandy, the above footage was taken just north of the intersection of lolo pass and barlow trail road

Nicely Documented, easy to follow and understand the damage. Quite a sight seeing river rocks settled into the road, that's power!!!
