  • You start researching on your own and hopfully you have since this video, you learn all you can and you become your own doctor in away because alot of times we have to tell the doctors what we need because alot of them don't know. You keep pushing forward. Cramps can be from low potassium so eat some banana and KEEP PUSHING FORWARD. My lymphedema leg was 111cm a week ago and now its down to 87cm. It does hurt, it sucks It really does but you just keep going.

  • cheer up get up and walk and lose weight. I have it, I lost 157 pounds in one month. was in the hospital 5 week going in the hospital my weight 409 pounds. fluid in the legs I have leg Lymphedema my sore's are gone and my legs don't leak anymore they are still dark

  • @rayjoyce1 Since I posted this video, I have lost 40 pounds, have gotten treatment for my Lymphedema, and am doing much better.

  • yes. I have been working on my own treatments to assist. let me know what exactly is going on so I can better help.

  • @LadyFang20 your leaving normanscove?

  • @tyhoskins28 I already have. Do I know you? : /

  • @LadyFang20 problby not

  • wow shes ugly

  • @emokidrell I'm ugly? really? I don't think you have a lot of room to speak when you don't even have a profile pic. You're probably uglier than me.

  • lyphedema. is a symptom of cancer

  • @dinobravo420 .....are you serious...? O_O how do you know this?

  • @dinobravo420 It is NOT a symptom of cancer. It is a breakdown of the lymphatic system most commonly seen in the arm of breast cancer patients. But any number of things can cause it....a broken bone, sprain, cut, even a bug bite and sometimes it's hereditary.

  • wow , please try and pull yourself together...I know its not easy.. Ive had lymphedema in my legs and feet for 3 years and as of Sept. 19th 2009 i was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer ...with a 10% life expectancy of 9 months to 5 years tops..im 43 years old .get a hold of your doctor and demand help with "pain management" and get a colonostopy (a scope of your intestine) if you have not yet done so..

    good luck. Dino Joseph

  • I get cramping in my legs when i go a few days without wearing my compression stockings and then i force the stockings on my overly swollen legs ...to avoid the cramping i suggest ..wrapping for a day until the swelling goes down then wearing the compression stockings

  • @dinobravo420 im so sorry about the sympathy comment ...i t was not my intent to claim you as looking for it..i just meant that i wasn't .....before i told you my situation ..

please call on me for any support or advise on your condition..sincerely Dino J

  • @dinobravo420 I'm not crying for sympathy. I was just asking for help or advice. Compared to other shit I've been through, Lymphedema isn't the worst thing that's happened to me. I'm sorry for what you must be going through. My grandfather died from cancer four years ago, and seeing him suffer was absolute hell.

  • I'm not even sure that the cramping was caused by the Lymphedema. I have never heard of that. I have had mine since '89. Can't really understand your speech very well, but I would like to know more about how the lymphedema came about.

  • @tamerakwist the cramping was caused by the Lymphedema. All that fluid in my legs was putting so much pressure on them, I could barely walk. But now I've had therapy, and I'm using compression stockings, my legs aren't swollen anymore, and I haven't had any leg cramps since after the treatment. I'm not real sure how the lymphedema came about. It's just something that happened outta nowhere. Started with leg cramps, and one day I woke up to swollen legs.

  • i wear the compression stockings as well...the doctors also gave me a perscription of potassium to help with the cramping and showed me various massages to help with the cramps and such... other then that im usually doped up on pain pills cause the compression garments make my leg hurt worse most of the time...and it makes it unable for me to sleep...i duno im sorry ur suffering with this as well...i know how hard it makes life...i hope u get well soon
