Beautiful head structure and conformation. Your son (if that's your son) does not know how to handle the neo though. Neos are very dominant, and they need dominant handlers so they don't get out of control.

@Stunr99 they were bred to guard castles and to kill the reason for the skin is so wen they jump on your face you can't hold there jaws away from eating your face :)

@Stunr99 It is protecting the dog. Just like in other breed like sar pei and mastiffs in general, the extra skin is protecting the dog. So that in case its biten or hurt nothing else is damaged, but the skin only.

actaully my dog is 100% healthy, and i have taken him in to the vet to weigh him and he was 200 pounds and the vet said hes big for his age but nothing obeise about him whatsoever, just cause im not in a stupid dog show in italy doesnt mean im lieing or abusing my dog. hes happy and HEALTHY.

Neo's are very smart. My 13 month old opens doors by himself. Once he learned he could jump the fence (basically walk over the fence) I cannot let him run in the back yard anymore unattended.Great family dog and even better gaurdian. I have a 6 and a 2 year old kid and he loves them to death...no pun intended....but I think he would attack someone if they meant harm to them. he is very strong willed. They know how big they are and they will impose their will if you are not the alpha.
