I did this extraction with 20seeds. One cup with 10seeds and two others with 5seeds. the 5seeds i left in the fridge for 3days and the 10seeds for 2. I drank 5seeds first waited 30mins then drank 10seeds. then waited an hour and drank 5seeds. It wasn't as strong as I wanted. Slight visuals with a body high. The seeds i got were Hawaiin strain. I did the same extraction a week earlier with 10seeds and got the same results. Is this normally how potent this should be?

I just harvested about 2,000 seeds. It isn't too hard, there are about 4 seeds a pod. Yeah, I can't decide if I should take more of them or just sell. People would kill for some natural, no chemical seeds :-)

To gather the pods: about 25-30 minutes. That's the easy part, they're EVERYWHERE where I live. You can hold a hand/cup under a vine of them; shake it and tons will fall into your hand/cup.

Now shelling them? Takes a while. It took me about 2 hours to shell them. However, I did it in 10-15 minute increments throughout the week whenever I had time to kill. Totally worth it and I have TONS more to go pick. I could easily obtain 10,000 pods. But that's a lot of work. ;-)

@Chaaarge Try to scratch the shell of the seeds, crush the seeds, then let them stay in citric acid over night. Next day, you should remove the seeds and throw them away, then drink the citric acid, which now contains all the LSA, and it shouldn't make you sick now.. at least not as much.

@joshcboy No, but be aware that if you have high blood pressure consuming LSA can cause vasoconstriction which basically means that your veins get small and it increases blood pressure. This can be detrimental to anyone consuming LSA in high doses so either take vasodilators before hand or just don't consume at all.

I did 8 my first time and 10 my second. The first trip was awesome I felt the nausea but was fine. During the second I felt way more nauseous and puked within the first 30 mins I tripped way harder the but the fact that I puked made the trip kinda uncomfortable. guess it depends on the person. I've done actual LSD in the late 90s and last maybe 2001, before alot of research chems where being sold as LSD. LSA is quite similar in some respects, but mostly a hard body fry. I did have some very intense visuals, including a full melt of every chair in my kitchen, until i rain outside and the day time reversed the LSA affects for a period.

It is important to note that the finished product following a CWE contains various other psychoactive alkaloids besides LSA, which are arguable responsible for the interesting effects. LSA, when extracted via naphtha/ipa is rather uninteresting in my opinion, being more of a sedative than a psychedelic. It's even classified as so by the DEA. What I would recommend is involving the use of acetaldehyde, found in fresh peppermint tea and rum, to convert the LSA to LSH to more closely mimic LSD.

You could mix it with some juice and down it, or better yet, prepare some fresh peppermint tea alongside to potentate the effects. If you ripped your teabag, you could filter the solution through a coffee filter. If you are taking any medication that contain MAOIs, you may experience severe headache. CWE does not entirely remove the nauseating elements; always have a bucket around, and don't underestimate the seeds.

@Abiogenesisxx I think you answered your own question; 4 seeds is a rather small amount. You inevitably lose a little potency when you extract, and 5-8 seeds is generally classified as a "light" dose. Additionally, potency of HBWR can vary dramatically between vendors. The fresher, the better.

guys I found the best way to take it is to peel the seeds, crush them up, dry them out, and stick the powder in gel caps with dried ginger. The ginger cures the nausea problem, depending on how much you put in.

It's quite a cheap and simple process, and I believe LSA to be on par with LSD. Perhaps less visual effects, but very deep effects on your thought process, definitely eye opening.

@maneh84 Mineral water contains various dissolved minerals and salts. Certain salts, like NaCl, will kill the psychoactives. That is also why tap water should not be used unless it is filtered first: the chlorine content diminishes the experience. It is best to be on the safe side and spend the $2 for some distilled water.

@dethheart The seeds should not have mold on them hopefully, but all seeds have toxins that induce nausea which cannot be entirely eliminated with a CWE. The US government used to coat these guys with mercury pesticides to discourage people with getting high, but those are now illegal, and I believe the distributer MUST mention whether the seeds have been treated or not. In any case, seeds must be washed quickly with water before any kind of extraction.

@Dogma216 Hm, peppermint oil did not worth for me, but peppermint tea did for some reason. Also, what is the point of using lemon juice and vinegar together? The point of the lemon juice (ascorbic acid) is to facilitate the extraction by making the solution acidic. I mean, it already tastes like shit, why use vinegar instead of lemon juice when you could just compensate by adding more of the latter? Also, in my experience, adding lemon juice doesn't noticeably add to the experience.

also about the ''mold'' its the seeds husk, which is very hard to digest and some husks can have pesticides and/or molds growing on them so its advised to remove them....
