Thank you for clearly demonstarting the steps to undulations. I've had a difficult time with undulations. Thanks to your videos breaking the movement down step by step I can properly practice this technique.
This video clip is really clear to understand - please can you explain to me what a "reverse camel" is, or have you already compiled a video clip? Many thanks.
I would assume it is the camel performed in the reverse direction. I do not do camels, but upper and lower undulations instead. The reverse of this video is to drop the hips, pull to the back first, tuck the hips/pelvis up toward the ceiling and then push the hips forward, drop hips down, repeat..... HTH!
Another great video! Thank you. I do have a question about the proper posture, though(I don't see a video about how we ought to stand). What should it feel and look like when I'm standing with my bottom tucked? Should my back be as if I'm standing against a wall? Spine straight, all the way done to my bottom with no arch in my lower back? If feels odd. In practice should I feel a bit of strain in my lower back when in the position for a while?
The undulation was always one of my weak points, but your video laid it out for me nicely, and I've actually improved a bit after watching it. Thanks!
oh, I´m looking for this music!!! But it´s impossible to find it!!! Does anybody know the tittle and/or the name of the artist/group? Thousands of thanks!!!
I just started watching these clips yesterday, but I already feel like I've learned so much! Thank you so much for posting these, this is such a great workout and very fun! :)
I agree with all the ladies here...you are a beautiful dancer and a generous woman for sharing these with us. I am far too shy to try to take a class, so I have purchased some DVDs, but I want you to know that they were not as helpful as these video clips you are posting.
I think you are wonderful for posting these videos. Some people would like to take classes but there are no teachers in their area. Bravo to you for posting. :)
thank you very much for your kindness. I wait yet in DVD. Really are the Best. I would like to know that you have a CAMBRÉ moviment in Tags. I wait to have you as my friend.

Yes, tucking the bottom keeps the lower back straight. One thing I should also include is to keep your weight on your heels.

Look into greek music. That is one of the traditional belly dance sounds.
