As a teacher, this song is inspring and helps to get through those tough days when kids just don't want to be in school. There are so many reasons so many kids just want to be left alone but this song reminds me that they also want to be noticed.

well not all of us wanted to be noticed lol my teachers in high school used to leave me alone and teach the class, but give me all the work for that day and allow me to teach myself, cuz thats just the way that i opporate. so i do agree with you the majority just want to be noticed, but there are those out there like me, who really just wanna be left alone =P lol
