I expect you don't know about the easter egg in the 2nd Resident Evil game to which this is a nod. In Resident Evil 2, there was a hidden scenario after meeting certain conditions called The Fourth Survivor, in which you played as Hunk escaping from the sewers to get to the rendevous point on Raccoon City Police station roof. If you beat that, a harder one was unlocked called the Tofu survivor. This isn't an attempt to mug off Wii ownders, its just a lighthearted extra. Give them a break, man.

You unlock it by finishing all of the Chronicles - Operation: Javier, Memory of A Lost City, and Game of Oblivion.

Then, you'll get the mode. And the way to play it is to go to the main menu and click "Secret" located on the bottom right side of the screen. =D hopee this helpss!!

It's called "Secret" in the Main Menu. And I'm pretty sure it can be unlocked in cooperative 2P. However, I unlocked it with just one run-through with the game where my friend and I plowed through "Game of Oblivion" and the rest of "Operation: Javier" and we got it right after completing the story.
