Personally I think that while the foetus is completely dependant on the mother then you should be able to abort it. If it cold live outside of the womb then it should carry on living.
George Carlin had it right. They care about "you" when you're in the womb, but they stop giving a shit and don't give a fuck about you,your rights or what happens to you after your born.
Personally, I would never get an abortion. Even in rape, I wouldn't get an abortion, I'd end up putting it up for adoption. But, I respect that everyone has their own opinion and beleifs. So I do not have issues with people who get abortions or beleive in getting them, I repsect their choice, I just know its not my own and I could never do it.
Many times a fertilized egg will be aborted by natural causes.
I would guess that they will want to charge the mother with murder for that.
