Maybe, Use A1 or B1. A1 are lighter pencil, B1 is darker pencil. It's simple. but for this video, idk what is he used pencil. please don't mind about my English grammar. Thx.

It's a great technique for sketching.

If you want to be more precise, you should probably use the vanishing point (even though I don't always find it arty/flowing, it helps)

Wowser's! I have not watch you since you where on "Public Brodcast Sations" when I was younger, You helped me to stay focused on my art & drawing. My daliy ritual would get my home learning aka home work done, grab my sketch pad & a snack & watch & draw you. Then shut off the T.V. & go in my room turn my radio on & practice. It so awsome to watch you oncemore after all these year's & recall all the fun! To this day, I still say I haveing a "Art Attack" when inspired or just drawing, Thank You.

Great movies. I try to paint as much as i can. I especialy like aquarelle but love to sketch with pencil to. U are a great inspiration and your tips has helped me alot, even in my aquarelle paintings. Im self learned so i never think so very much bout light source, i just paint what i see.
