This video was just what I needed to see! I've already done well using power 90, but was looking into turbofire for something different. I'm nervous about how high intensity it is, but it's awesome to see someone lose so much weight with it. I started at nearly 200lbs, and I'm down to about 145-ish. My goal is to get down to 115. Were station in Misawa Japan. You are a total inspire for me! I was checking this TurboFire out and NOW... Well.. Now I HAVE to get it! On our base we have no AC so its been tough for me to continue working out.. I started just after the major earthquake and lost 13 pounds but then when the heat crept up, I havent done much and only lost 3 pounds in a month. Thank you for posting this video!!!
