id feel so fucked buying this car knowing that the rs packs so much more power and that the m5 has more. they even needed turboes to outperform the atmospheric m5 kinda below the belt if you ask me, this here v10 produces 15 hp more then their own v8 wtf!!!

It's about marketing more than technical ability. The RS is considerably more expensive than the S and it's irrelevant as to the requirement for forced induction, it's done more to allow easier adherence to stupid EU emissions regs than anything else :|

plus tuning! Audi are always famous for gaining +50hp from a simple re map on turbo engine the last RS6 the C5 with 4.2 V8TT make 70 more horsepower for like $1000 remap to produce 520Hp thats....quite alot for the money.

it is already sporty, remmbering its not a sports car though, its a sports family car basically. So its not performance car designed to go fast, its a family car designed to go fast. Get an R8 if you want a fast car, same with RS6 but thats more of a super fast family car, almost a sports car :D

unoadam, actually it is not the same v10 as the gallardo. The S6 has 5.2 litres and 450hp, whereas the Lamborghini has a 5.0 with 530hp. Same engine block but different stroke and bore. The new RS6 has a 5.0 which is different both from the S6 and Lamborghini, plus it has bi-turbo (2 turbochargers).
