  • Thanks for this, really inspiring as I have just started making stop motion videos for exactly the same reason as you!

  • What programs did u used, u forgot to mention

  • @CrazyBot999 - Photoshop and Final Cut Pro.

  • @CrazyBot999 - I used Photoshop and After Effects. Real simple programs. Cost money, but I'm sure you can find a "special" copy somewhere. There's tons of great tutorials on youtube too.

Thank for checking out my work

  • why the full one is protected on my..COUNTRY!!!!!! cause i have watched that and it's cool and i wanted to watch it again and again, (sighs) you know.

  • amazing work! keep it up!

  • check my animation "no mercy" out please i'm getting not a lot of views

  • GEEZUS!!!!!

  • You sir really should be doing movies because your work is very impressive

  • dude I can't see your full work because of you tube copyrights policies, will you send me a link to where can I see it.

  • Very good Anthony! I pity the foo who dislikes this video and all the others!

  • it will take 1 and a half year to make the stop motion movie

  • When Brawn falls down, couldn't you have made him turn around instaed of making him face the camera straight after he got shot ? By the way whens the next movie coming out ?

  • Your work is spectacular, you have real, superb talent dude, thank you for sharing this

  • thats awesome

  • How do you put the sound of the movie in the video? I'm trying to make this scene and I have a lot of work to do. I'm just learning how to do this.

  • man, this is just awesome.

im wondering, g1 megatron only appeared a half of a second and i even notice, then it came the credits, and i was all like ''wow! g1!''

  • @aquelescaraaaaaaaaaa - LOL, yep. I always display the figures I use at the end. That G1 Megatron shown in the credits was totally beat up. I had to buy a re-issue to keep it from falling apart.

  • Thanks for sharing how this was done, and it's wonderful to show how while nobody's going to be great at something right away, not to be discouraged... because the final result is amazingly professional and light years away from the 'tests' people may have scoffed at! Practice makes perfect, and your dedication and patience definitely has paid off.

  • @BanjoOz - Thanks alot! I'm glad you're able to appreciate my work. It was definitely hard work. Still have alot to learn!

  • @asiguido Then, try create all the whole movies, just one by one, with this techniques, just even better, cause' people demands and requests more and more. And you can create stories and movies yourself too, or create movies based on things from the universe like things that havn't been shown either animated or live action, like from comics, written stuff, stuff from Transformers "myth-information" and all those things. It would be great and fun I think.

  • @asiguido I mean, I like to see the whole myth of the creation of the universe and Transformers, and the final battle between the Dark Armies, Light Gods, Decepticons and Primus and Unicron! That would be so great! Like adding more to the myth, and show the story in action to the fans. They would be so greatful, that they would flip out :D

  • @asiguido can u do the scene where optimus fights megatron (the touch)

  • thats good green screen...it is green screen right?

  • hows the behinde the scenes of megs transformed coming along?

  • You are awesome.

  • Well, after all that, I still don't understand how you put the video in sync with the sound. Do you recreate the frames from the movie as shots from your camera? Please let me know. I'm working on recreating some scenes of TransFormers the Movie entirely as Classics/Henkei/FansProject.

  • omg awsum

    just one thing

not a biggie butta the first shot of brawn was really kindoff pixelated soooo...

    idk no big deal

    but really cool nonetheless

  • @ PoPfan108Sw - The image of Brawn is pixelated due to my lack of experiece. That was my first photo. Taken with a shitty camera, poor lighting, and low resolution. By the end of produciton, I didn't care to fix it. You can actually see the quality of animation and photography change during the film. My first video...

  • @PoPfan108SW - WHOOPS! I deleted your new comment by mistake. No worries. I'm not offended. I wasn't upset at your comment. I just complain to myself out loud. LOL. I'm actually glad I left those Brawn pics there. Helps me remind myself to not settle for less. I'm real proud of my first stop-mo. Thanks for the comments! Hope I didn't sound like a prick.

  • @asiguido no no its ok

  • I'm an immediate fan! Thanks for the inspiration! I have one G1 TF movie on my channel if you care to check it out! ;-)

  • you are awsome!

  • Well, instead of having to cut all the characters out, couldn't u just use a green screen? idk u have great tallent!!!

  • I do use green screen. Sadly I still have alot to learn. Check out my new video!

  • That's definately the same thing how I used to play man! I used to play with my toys and I always imagined it's the cartoon. Sometimes I even played the narrator, and I offcourse voiced the 'bots and 'cons too. Great video BTW! very informative.

  • fuckin awesome.

  • Absolutely AMAZING!

  • wow...G1 ratchet and ironhide really haded to suck...men...

  • so, g1 iropnhide and ratcht were pieces of $#!7!of course, the worst thing is a tranformer thats head is just a windshield,it would be acceptibal if they at least had a face painted on the windshield!your the best stopmotion youtuber ever!graet job on ironhide and ratchet, espesially!

  • @theprimo100 - They made a sticker that applied to the seat behind the windshield that looked like a generic face. You should check out my new video!!!!

  • WOW 5 months !

  • Dude your freaking amazing

  • Excelent work dude...

I hope see more work yours... thanks. :D

  • @corts2k - Thanks man! Check out my new video!

  • This is VERY good, sir! You have a little patience and a LOT of talent. Thanks for posting this cool video.

  • that is genius how u did the backdrops and the facial expressions what do you think should be the average FPS for a transformation?

  • well....I'm working at 29.95 frames per second. There were tons of frames used just for the Megatron transformation scene alone!

  • Bloody Brilliant, mate! Good job!

  • savage!!! that's amazing stuff man!

  • wow that a huge work, is awesome really!

  • you shouldve used universe and classics figs! it wouldve been great but its still amazing o what you did!

  • Would you ever do anything like this again for Transformers. Recreating classic scenes from stuff like say Beast Wars, Armarda, the live-action movie and Animated. You've clearly got the talent, planning and patience to pull it of and this is an outstanding piece of work.

  • Does G1 Prowl's head actually turn?

  • Nope. Just another tweak I did.

  • How did you tweak it?

  • what about skywarp and thunder cracker their not great with masterpiece starscream!

  • Really good work. Took a lot of effort.

  • Hey,I didn't catch this commentary edit before. This is great. I like how you compared the scenes to the actual animation. I think this my favorite independent Stop motion on Youtube. I like how you explained the process.I'm retrieving my computer next month so,I'll be back animating soon.

  • Honestly, I wish that Hasbro would at least attempt to retool the originals to look like their cartoon design ( I'm complaining about Brawn, Ratchet, Ironhide ,G1 Megatron,G1 Optimus Prime,Gears, Huffer, and so on).

  • i'm... going to be honest, when beast wars came on the scene, they immediately stopped giving a shit about the original toys. granted some later popped up and idk why. so your "wish" is basically the equivalant shouting into a black hole "STOP EATING THINGS!"

  • Did you use two blasters from the Masterpiece Megatron and put in G1 Ratchet's arms?

  • For the close up of the arms, yes. I used two MP Megatron blasters, but I actually only own one. For the wide shot of Rachet, he's holding the MP Megatron blaster, and the megatron pistol mode that came with the MP Optimus Prime.

  • dude you could realy do some good work keep it up

  • Brawn has no face.

    Seriously.

  • BEST STOPMOTION!

    5 Stars!

  • Nice stop motion you made, and I wish do a stop motion (for the 2007 movie).

  • Yeah, this is great, probably the best stop animation I have seen. Hope you do more, it's appreciated.

  • being an artist I can understand the time and passion you have for creating something worthwhile.. I also appreciate the hard work you put into it while using only g1 figures. I was one of those who had them as a kid too.cool use of masterpiece prime.

  • That was awsome that look almost exactaly like the animated version nice job keep up the good work.

  • When You're Done, You Don't Have To Put The Entire Thing Up Here, But Do Put It On DVD! Complete With Comentary & Making Of's Such As This One! If The Price Is Reasonable ($10-$12) Then I'm Sure That Most G1-Fans Would Buy This Via Ebay/Amazon, Through PayPal!

Again...Mad Kudos 4 All The Hard Work!

  • wow, good stuff.

Really, everything, even his video. Geez, you have a lot more artistic talent than you give yourself credit for.

  • wow this vid seems like a real documentary!

  • Hmmm very interesting, hope you finish, and maybe you can do an original TF animation one day

  • Great job.

  • you're absolutely amazing, i find ur hard work inspiring and motivational for my own films, thanks for showing us your dedication, i really love ur imagination and creativity.

  • it does inspire you, don't it?

  • >:(

  • AWESOME

  • wow now i really know how hard it is to make stop motion. +g1 prowl rocks

  • amazing....such a nice job u made ....can you please check my chanel mr asiguido ?

i'll be an honor to have your comments on my videos.

  • very intresting! im thinking of vids myself and exploring what i can do. it is off course just for fun. still i like an excuse to actually ''play'' with my Transformers :)

well 5 stars and will subscribe!

  • Thanks! Yeah...this is one of the few ways I can explain to people why I have all these toys.

    "Yeah, err...umm...its for work!"

  • i've been completely blown away!!!

  • dubblestein, i'm just as impressed with your work.

  • so dude, why not use the better, more modern figs instead of the windshields with limbs? =P

  • Well, I really favor the original G1 figures. Call me an old fogey I guess. I grew up with the G1 toys and watched this in theaters while holding my Ironhide and Optimus toy. (I lost Ironhide's missile during this scene) So imagine the impact this movie had on me! Heheh

  • ah, i see lol

  • keeping it old school

  • 오오~ 정말 잘만드셨습니다.

비록 다른 언어여도 이 글의 느낌을 아실수있으실겁니다.

    그럼 수고하세요!

  • Hello Mr. Tyranno9794. Thank you for the comments! Unfortunately I do not understand Korean. Is there anyone here who does that can help? Thanks everybody!

  • hahaha

    I'm sorry. ↓It's just um........you kwon.

howevery you're stop motion is fantasic!!!!

    {is it correct spelling?(←is it to?)}

  • Its fine! Thanks Mr. Tyranno!!!

  • This is some fantastic work that was done here. Cant wait to see your work to come.

  • Thanks! Have you seen my other work?

  • WHOA! I'm dead-ass impressed with this! Your work is spectacular! Do you have plans to do any moments from the G1 series at all?

  • Once I finish this massive project, I plan to expand to other toy lines/cartoon series'..,,,BUT, there are a few scenes from the Transformers TV series that I always wanted to do. I plan to release a promotion video showing all the future works from Anthony Siguido Films.

    - Thanks!

  • not bat, 5/5 & FAV...keep it up...

  • Out of curiosity, Which Stop-motion Program did you use? I wanna get into that wen I make my own stop-motion work with The Transformers figures and wrestling figures.

  • I didn't use a "stop-motion" program per-say. I used photoshop to edit images and characters to create single frames, then added the frames into "Imovie" (for mac) to create fluid motion. Now I use Final Cut pro, After Effects, and of course Photoshop.

Windows movie maker is okay but from what I understand, it doesn't do work in HD.

  • Please let me know when you have the other TF: The Movie scenes on, I'd like to see them. :)

  • Absolutely!

  • Thanx for the inside scoop! As I said before, you do amazing work!

  • I just wanted to say that I think that your work is superb!!! As someone who has only just started doing stop animation myself I know just how much time & patients it takes. Keep up the great work!

  • Luv your work Mate! Absolutely Awesome! :)

    I hope your future Stop Motions/Animations won't take 5 months each... ;)

  • Boy I hope so too! What helps apparently is having a team of people to work with. My friends who helped me (thanks again btw) only helped me with the last few seconds of animation.

  • what program did you use?

  • The first 3/4, just photoshop and Imovie only.

  • fuuuuk thats cooler than hell itself!!

  • Like I've said :HOLY S*** ! Now that freakin' wicked , 5+ stars .

  • freakin awesome

  • This behind the scenes documentary is a PERFECT supplement to the main video you made. The commentary is highly informative and really well done!

  • Thanks Robaart! I've come a long way since my Flash days.

  • Inspiring.

But first let me get over the feeling of being unproductive the past 29 years of my life.

  • No artistic talent? You are wrong!

    Fantastic work!

  • Thanks Imaginator. I guess its okay to feel wrong here.

  • Man youre a hero to do all this work

Honost you have gain my respect and my support.

  • Man, that is cool. A true inspiration to all those guys out there just starting out in stop motion. A true story of how far you can come if you don't give up. Congrats.

  • Ultra COOOOOOL..

thanks for using my custom heads!

    ebay's trabludog.

  • Thanks Twincast007 (aka: Trabludog). Because of your heads, I was able to create an Ironhide toy we never got to see. Thank you so much. I look forward to more of your sculpts.

  • I think we are all glad you didn't let it stop you.

  • i totally enjoyed it.

  • A++++ awesome

  • Thanks! I take it you saw the full version too?

  • That Must Have Taken So Much Effort!

Can I Just Asked What Effects Program(s) You Used?

  • Whoops! I almost forgot! I used almost everything but mainly Photoshop CS3.

  • Oh... Thanks.

  • I don't know why I'm so conscious about telling what programs I used. Mainly photoshop CS3 but I also used Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and Imovie.
