this is misleading. it can take months of not paying your payments for them to START the foreclosure process. It can take months to actually foreclose on you with how backed up they are. Once they serve you the foreclosure notice, you can't be evicted for at least 90 days. So it's not like these people were hit without any warning and the Sheriff shows up at the door and tell them to pack up and go. I don't understand how they have not made other living arrangement by this point.
