  • how long do solar pannels last

  • @mrouterrim over 15 years

  • @mrouterrim

    around 30 years

  • Is that George Micheal

  • not sure if this is the right place to ask but do you know anything about that Enasolar inverter? is it any good and can it by purchased for home in stall?

  • I Have Done This Experiment For More Than 12 Years With All Types Of Inverter From 100 Watt Modi Wave To 10.000 Watt Pure Sine Inverter . I Have About 16 Inverter All From Around The World Made From Taiwan ,Australia ,New Zealand , German and and . None Of Than Can Pass The House RCD In the Circuit Box .So I need To Know If Your Inverter Can Be Of Grid To Cornected The Wire To The House Circuit Box and RCD Will Accept Or Not .Thank You.

This project is all off grid, cannot be connected to house mains, will not spin your meter backwards. and wont power most household stuff... what you want comes with the 20,000 + dollar systems,

12 to 80 panels, grid tie inverter, ( SMA, OUTBACK, FRONIUS, ) plus wiring, inspections, permits, rebates!

Or go Gorilla with an enphase microinverter and 1 panel, $ 600... Yahoo

  • dude dont u get it you are a crappy solar person

  • remove tha pinches tex fron tha scren

  • another bad video by idiot village

  • thats all your giving us? ugh. worthless.

  • quite right, with over 100 systems installed I do know wire, the fat 4/0 battery cable can supply 500 DC amps if required. most panels are wired with 12 gauge and longer dc runs get upgraded sizes depending on length and voltage, up to 400 VDC for grid tie! Makes killer big sparks.. SO, the fuse is sized to protect the wire and is crucial for safety, stick with the low voltage stuff an you will be fine. its easy and fun

The No. 4/0 THHN which is rated 208 amperes after ampacity correction is not considered protected by a 250 ampere overcurrent protection device. This is because "the next size up rule" in Section 240-3(b) would only permit a 225 ampere protection device on the 208 ampere conductor [240-6(a)]. Therefor we must increase the conductor size to 250 kcmil in order to comply with the overcurrent protection rules of Section 240-3.
