why don't you try,

one to stand in front,

one to stand at the back,

the tail to signal to the one in the front, and lift him onto his knees, then put his head in between the head's shoulders...

thats how I usually do mine.

as i see, first thing is you need to do is trust ur partner to carried you w/o you squeezing on him, be confident !

thats one of the methods my team uses for the 2 man stand!! hahaha. our other method that my brother uses, is he lifts his partner straight on to his shoulders and he just stands on it. hahah
