BTW, they forgot to mention that Jackie chan was almost killed during filming; when the jumped from a wall to a tree, the branch broke and he fell to the ground hitting his head on some rocks and breaking his skull..
That shot resembles the one from 'Indiana Jones and the temple of doom' in which Harrison Ford protects himself from bullets behind a rolling gong. I'm pretty sure Jackie Chan's a homage -movie word for plagiarism- of Spielberg's.
if you have ever seen this movie then you will agree it is truely a "masterpiece" does anyone remember when they used to run cult films like this every saturday on sbs?
I saw this! But it was called Operation Condor 2 and boy was it ugly.

1:30 - Pretty sure Hollywood stole that whole cauldron shot for King Solomon's Mines.

I think he was talking about the VW. After the initial explosion, it cuts to the cyclist rolling and a VW exploding.

I was a bit disapointed when i rented the dvd recently and it used a different voice over track it didn't have the camp waiter voice. :(

I do, that had a several weeks if running Jackie Chan films. It basically made a fan out of me.
Lets not forget Jackie Chan almost died making this film.
It wasn't his best, but it was nowhere near as bad as "The Protector" or any other early hollywood shit.

LOL I love Jackie Chan, though. I hope Tony knew his work isn't really meant to be taken seriously :P
