Brilliant video. Shows the evolution from classical calisthenics to combat conditioning to RMAX as far as movement sophistication for bodyweight exercise goes. Love it!
This video does a good job of showing the evolution of exercise from the linear and less mentally involving exercises such as pushups and pullups, to these exercises that are more spatial--3 dimmensional, more mentally challenging, and put more emphasis on movement and skill as well as muscle.

Very nice workout. Can really see how this will train important muscles that are not normally exercised. A lot of Core work, combined with variations of the good old push up and such, and of course a little plyometrics.
Will definitively be checking this out, keep up the great work.
Hey John--a great video production for us--thanks much--i felt entertained and agree with you--i also liked the dog perspective in the back--nice conter-point to such kinetic score and content.

Nice one John! Enjoyed watching this.
The quality of your movement alone speaks to the reality of the results gained, should one choose to embrace the evolution :D
