harry potter is a fantasy book. There are many fantasy books out there that have magic. So if we have to get rid of harry potter, because of its evilness, we should get rid of every other popular fantasy book. There is nothing wrong with loving God and enjoying to read a book like harry potter. Harry potter is an innocent book that is well written and billions of people including myself love to read. Actually, Harry Potter is somewhat based on Christian values. Other than the magic, it is about the battle between good and evil, something that we go through everyday, spiritually. It also tells us not to fear death, because beyond this world is "the next great adventure" which is heavan. Finally, it teaches us the greatest "magic" of all is the ability to love; something Christ wants for the world. So if you are Christian, and believe that all magic is evil than there's no love, is there?

I am Christian and I personally don't like Harry Potter because of the sorcery, but I have Christian friends who read the books and love them. I can admit that the song doesn't fit but what kind of evil book mentions some of the stuff of fairy tales?
