Over the years I have listened to lots of jazz (Weather Report, Dave Grusin), hard rock (Van Halen, Metallica), prog rock (Yes, Jethro Tull), electronica (Crystal Method, Chemical Bros), and nearly everything in between. :)

The keyboard on the lower left is actually triggering a COMBI program on the Korg Micro X, which is the synthesizer above it. I don't recall the name of the COMBI, but it is a factory preset on the Micro X.

The keyboard on the upper right is an Access Virus TI. As I recall, that patch is called "Manfman" but I edited the factory preset.

I improvised this song on the spot for the video. Looking at my fingers, it seems to be in A minor. The chords are mostly Am, F, C, G, etc.

Yes, the Moog keyboard is polyphonic when using it to play another synth via MIDI.

These are two very different instruments. The Virus TI is a very powerful synthesizer - probably one of the best ever engineered - price is north of $2500 USD new. Micro X is a portable keyboard - very inexpensive ($649 USD). Differences are beyond what I can write here, but if you Google both you can likely find reviews.
