  • @TheAnimatorEqualizer so, you'd rather MCR told lies and sang about things they don't even think or feel? Asking them to make another Bullets album instead of Danger Days is like asking them to be racist, sexist, man whores. When i feel down, I listen to DD because it makes me feel like I can take on the world. It's a giant 'FUCK YOU' to the world. I'm sorry you don't feel that way, but don't be selfish. Let MCR be MCR. A fan isn't how long you've listened to a band, it's sticking til the end.

  • Make me cry every time <3

  • Where's the top comments?

  • @MyChemicalOwl Vacationing in Mexico:p

  • @mychemicalvampire1 ;D ahah

  • fuck.

  • This song is so terribly depressing but it's so heartfelt at the same time. I love the first album because his voice is so pure and raw. It's so true to him and all of these emotions he puts into the songs is just amazing. I can't see why anyone would ever dislike this song, even if his voice is ragged and cracks at times. You can at least tell that he's putting his whole body into the song. His whole heart is in it, and it's just beautiful.

  • @KABUuuUUUuuUuuu Depressing music is good :)

  • <33

  • Like if MCR saved your life..

  • @haitherejennybear Liking is disabled D: So... LIKE!!!

  • @haitherejennybear

    LIKE ^.^

  • @haitherejennybear LIKE!!

  • @haitherejennybear I would if I could. I mean their new music wants me to kill myself though, I mean really what sell outs, 'progression is sound' AKA selling out for the mainstream audience and attitude social norm. Thanks for abandoning me MCR, I mean I know you are all happy now, but i'm not yet, and I could use another album to help out a bit, or at least a song that isn't popified. Why don't you make another album with a mixture of songs from all you're styles you touched upon? Ugh -.-

  • @haitherejennybear Like like like like like like like like like LIKE

  • The intro's so haunting ^-^

  • I hope someday MCR come back to this style. I can't stand music which they play now. In songs from first and second album I can hear real emotions. There's something true in this music... Anyway for me MCR is sleeping now. I don't know if they ever wake up. I just hope, hope so hard that they are not dead...

  • @epizodyczna mcr is not asleep they have just grown

they have found out the ways to make their problems go away and have done so!

they havent got much to get emotional over now because their problems are gone (e.g. Gerard isnt an alchoholic anymore etc) if you dont like their new style thats your choice and i respect that.

  • @Noxas22 You know, it's very selfish, but I think that every kind of art is more interesting when someone who create it is miserable. Then, when I listen to/look at/read it, I feel like everything inside me dying for a moment. It's more complicated too. Naturally there's a lot of exceptions, but mostly times this rule works. Anyway thank you for respect, and of course I respect your opinion too ;]

  • this song makes me cry :')

  • if I ever get married, this is one of the songs that will be used...

  • @xEndzone7451 weired......mee too. wait r u a boy or girl?!?!

  • i miss the old mcr.

  • 2 people can't tell the difference between good music and ke$ha

  • @Jcheezy95 Haha Lol ver clever!!

  • my life isn't the best but My Chemical Romance makes it worth living(:

  • and I will drive at to the end with youuu!!!

  • This. Is. Fucking. AMAZING. <3

  • I'M TRYING I'M TRYING! :')

  • 2 people aren't demolition lovers

  • This song is just so beautiful. Never gets old, will never get tired of Picniking the lyrics <3

  • I fuckin love this song. Bullets are forever.

  • I like their new sound. Even though I love it, I don't think they should have stayed with their old sound. If they still sang about not being happy and being depressed then they would be lying. I mean, they love their wives and kids and are happy now. Their new album is mostly about hope and seeing the light in things. In the music video's, Nanana and SING, BL/ind, are winning but they keep going and are pretty much living off of hope. I like the message the album gives off. It gives me hope.

  • This song compels something inside my soul. I have no clue why. Just they way the beat of the song falls perfectly with the way he sings it... It is beautiful in so many ways that is completely undescribable...

  • i just noticed that there is a body hanging upside down over some buildings on the cover....

is there a picture of something else on there too?

  • @Nyx024 Yeah, if you look closely you can see a dragon giving a wizard a blow job.

  • @whooshyoumissedme wtf???

  • @Nyx024 Yeah. The upside-down guy reminds me of an escape artist, so it's not that morbid. I see traffic in the lower right.

  • Hand in mine, into your icy blues...

  • the part at 2:55 is scarring the hell out of me, its making me feel so nostalgic even though this is the first time I've heard the song

  • @JoeyBill23 amazing how they managed to do that, isn't it?

  • @JoeyBill23 IT HAPPENED TO ME TOO !!!!!! after listening to the song i went through the comments and saw this one, and realize it happened the same to meeeeeee

  • i love this song.... but its really long .

  • i love this song *.*

i don't care if is emo or not, or if is depressing, i have all mcr albuns. it helped me very much when i was in depression. very fucing bleeding amazing song *.*

  • I ran out of characters remaining, so I'll continue :P

Bullets: "Our lady of Sorrows" "So take my f------ hand and never be afraid again"

  • im making a playlist of all of their songs i can find . how many ? i dont know .... so far i have 51, and i haven't even finished this album yet ...... hopefully therr (youtube) will let me share it <3333 (:

  • STFU about the old MCR..there is no new MCR..They're the same..the way they present their music is still the same so stfu..it's annoying.

  • @Onyx0Mango ; Agreed

  • @Onyx0Mango ; :DD <#

  • @Onyx0Mango They have changed. They used to be hard rock, but they're starting to lean towards pop. You can't expect everyone to like the direction they've gone in.

I'm not hating on anyone who likes their new stuff. That's fine; just don't hate us for liking the old MCR. They're very different.

  • @trumpeterjen No offense intended, but I can't explain to people who think like you do, you don't understand that they still present their music the same way. I don't want this to turn into a fight or anything, I'm just saying, but I get that you have your own opinion and I have my own.

  • @Onyx0Mango Their music is too light now, and it doesn't express the same things as it used to. You really think Danger Days spreads the same messages as Bullets? You must not be listening to the lyrics...

Gerard once said in an interview that MCR tries to give a theme to each album. They're different, just as MCR is. That's fine, and I don't think people have to like or dislike their different stages. I'm simply saying that they've changed. That much is undeniable.

  • @trumpeterjen Yeah, I know they've changed, but I think that they changed in a good way, and as for not spreading a message, take a look at one of their interviews, they were talking about their song, "Sing."

  • @Onyx0Mango I've heard "Sing." I've heard it way too many times. I didn't even like it the first time I heard it. In my opinion, it's boring. I know the message they're trying to send, but the messages they used to send were different. The messages and the sounds of the band are different.

Originally, you said they were saying their messages hadn't changed. I think we've clearly proven you wrong.

  • @trumpeterjen No, I said that THEY changed, not their messages. Their messages still talk about how good life is. Like I said before, you have the right to your own opinion and I have the right to mine. I really don't want to argue about this because I enjoy all of their albums and every single one of their songs. Each one of their songs has meaning to it through the lyrics.

  • @Onyx0Mango Bullets definitely didn't spread messages about how great life was. Neither did Three Cheers. Black Parade was getting there, but the focus was still on disease sometimes. You really think "Cancer" was about how great life is?

No. They've recently changed their messages. If you don't think so, you need to start paying attention to the lyrics, my friend.

  • @trumpeterjen Dude, I didn't mean this to turn into a fight. And you should listen to the lyrics of the new songs, because they do talk about life, example, "not a victim of a victim's life" "this ain't a room full of suicide"

Don't those lyrics talk about life? And the album Three Cheers, the song "Cemetery Drive" "So I won't stop dying won't stop lying"

Black Parade: "Famous Last Words" "I am not afraid to keep on living" "I am not afraid to walk this world alone"

  • @Onyx0Mango I'm just frustrated.

I know what the new songs are talking about and, as I said, Black Parade was starting to head in that direction.

Off Three Cheers, you have one example, and you're misinterpreting it. "Won't stop dying, won't stop lying--" That means he's continuing to die and lie. How is that the same as "Sing?"

  • @trumpeterjen Oh, I did misinterpret it :P, he most likely didn't talk about much life back when he was making the Three Cheers album because his grandma died or something (Helena), that's what I heard. But, yeah most of the Three Cheers songs are depressing except "I'm Not Okay"

I'm just saying that they still continue to talk about life, it takes a lot of guts and courage to take that huge leap and change their "sound," their awesome because they still present great music, unlike other bands.

  • @Onyx0Mango Yeah, Helena did die, so obviously Mikey and Gerard weren't too happy. "I'm Not Okay" is depressing, too, though the video is about epic revenge.

But Bullets was no picnic either. You're saying they "continue" to talk about life. They did not in their first two albums, meaning they changed. I have no problem with people who like their new sound; I'm just saying that those of us who prefer the old sound are justified.

  • @trumpeterjen I don't have a problem with people who prefer the other sound, I'm not trying to change your opinion or anything, I love all of their albums. I thought the the song "I'm Not Okay" was pretty fun and not depressing at all, like a happy/funny song :)

  • I have the lyrics to this song printed out and taped to my wall, above my bed.

  • Forever a Killjoy :]

  • old or new I love every kind of MCR

  • @Ecasso YES! that how its soposed to be

  • R.I.P Bullets.

    :(

  • @SlipknotVale so long and good night, old mcr

    ;(

  • @SlipknotVale i miss the old mcr too. its more pop now

  • My sisters friend busted out his guitar and played this and sung it, and made me love it even more.

  • I love this song. I want more old MCR

  • @Jessneakers I Agree!! :)

  • To be totally honest, I love all of their stuff, regardless of how old or new it is. I find it so interesting that they have evolved in the way they have, and that's probably what keeps me listening.

  • @GhostyyGirl I agree

  • I love the OLD MCR. I still listen to them, but they just aren't the same...

  • omg i had never heard this idk why this is their best song easy

  • probably my favorite song ever...

  • This is one of my favorite songs Mcr's ever done. Danger Days is okay, but nothing compares to the old albums.

  • @XoXMCRMELODYXoX you're 10000 % right..

  • if they make an album after danger days its gonna be like fucking banana phone

  • @tdwp98 Funny ^^. But common, the new album is awesome too. Although nothing beats this song.

  • i miss the old mcr

  • @tdwp98 me 2 ;(((((((

  • i loved when they were vampires

  • all we are is bullets, i mean this...

  • This whole album is amazing, and yeah it talks a lot about death, but Gerard Way even said in interviews that during this point in his life he was really reckless and was all about self destruction. So it comes through in his lyrics of course.

  • jkhfdsjkfhjdks why did they go all weird after this? Perfect the way it is!!!

  • @Stephzorz you do realize they are talking about vampires and death on this album right? lol they have always been weird but thats what made them awesome..they progressed over the years and got better now they are one of the biggest bands on earth

  • I fuckin' adore this song O.O

And just to state my opinion, I don't really think MCR promote suicide...

If anything I think it would make me feel less depressed :3

  • @evilmonkeyimc So do I... and I'm the kind of person that listens to Black Metal and Doom metal!

  • @2:52 best part begins

  • @piemanfireninja that's what I thought too!!!

  • hey guys, look, an awesome song is playing. stop arguing on youtube, its a waste of time

^.^ people have different opinions, live with it

  • its funny how everybody starts out lol

  • omg this song is my fav then the ghost of you then helena this one is number one cuz i could relate to it

  • 4:14 - 5:04 The best part of the song

  • this song is tight

  • NOT AS TIGHT AS YOMAMAS PUSSY OOOHHHH

    Just kidding.

  • Haha, well, I do have MSN if you'd like to add me, I enjoy talking to you as well.

  • Ah, I see. Well, I'll let you go because I imagine you're getting tired of talking to me. It was a good talking with you and I appreciate your understanding of other perspectives.

  • Mmm, well I dunno how much I believe that then although it I suppose it is comparable to Bonnie and Clyde. Music is meant to be interpreted in different manners so I'm not saying that you're completely wrong, but I just disagree. No problem, that's what I was aiming for. I mean I never wanted to get into a balls-off with whoever I was arguing with, I just wanted to make points I thought were justified. And I couldn't have said it better myself : )

  • way to pick up chicks over youtube hahahaha

  • Hey man, I was just saying : P Honestly I fucking hate carrying out conversations over Youtube, IMing is more convenient.

  • Oh it is no problem at all. This is a public commenting area so I'd be displeasure if I knew you had a comment and didn't make it. It's really just a place to voice your opinion, which you should if you feel you should, but NiggaCat and Peglolo are just assholes. I agree, 8 year olds shouldn't listen to them. This is also true, but I wonder why MCR would have a song about boyfriend breaking up with them : P And I didn't know that fact about Bonnie and Clyde, so thank you for clarifying that

  • hmm, one thing I really dont understand.

    Emo = Emotional

    MCR "is emo"?

Ofcourse it is! It's emotional music!

It's just kick ass music, compared to that shit like some death metal or something like that where the singers don't even SING! They just shout with a low pitched voice or something!

So yea, MCR is punkemorock, whatever you wanna say it. It's still fucking My Chemical Romance and this song fucking rocks!!!

  • @Peglol96 In that case, all music is emotional.

  • @TAATheAntiArmyTAA ye it should be.

  • another 12 year old remark, emo is caused by depression offten betaried as dyed black hair with a bang covering one eye dyed a random color, sort of goth but easeir to understand, and fuck up anywho

geard said it him self "EMO IS A PILE OF BULLSHIT"

  • @ello4623 You've got it all wrong mate.

Do you really fucking think I SUPPORT emos? If you think that

    fuck you.

    fuck you very much.

    Emo IS pile of bullshit.

  • ok :P

  • @ello4623 P.S I used my first comment as quotes said by Mr. Frank Iero?

You know him? A guitarist from a band called MY CHEMICAL ROMANCE

  • Their lyrics are fucking HORRIBLE, they're promoting a waste of life and general building blocks of life. This type of mentality is unhealthy for people, for societys, for the human psyche. The good thing about MCR is that 1: the tone of voice, the tuning of instruments is perfect to appeal to a large amount of people 2: They promote population thinning with their talk of suicide, the world is over populated by about 6 billion people.

  • Well Im sorry if that's whatcha think.

  • P.S I didn't even want to waste MY LIFE reading some bullshit that you wrote...

The only thing I have to say is:

    FUCK YOU!

    "unhealthy mentality" my ass!

Maybe you should try to really listen the lyrics and understand them instead of being such a prick who talk such bullshit about MCR.

  • 'Hand in mine, into your icy blues And then I'd say to you We could take to the highway With this trunk of ammunition too I'd end my days with you In a hail of bullets I'm trying I'm trying To let you know just how much you mean to me And after all the things we put each other through And I would drive on to the end with you A liquor store or two keeps the gas tank full And I feel like there's nothing left to do But prove myself to you and we'll keep it running'
  • I could go on and on, but I'll end with this. YOU should really listen to the lyrics and understand them instead of being a fucking prick who tries to defend them. I'm not saying to stop listening to them, I'm not saying to fucking rip out Gerard's vocal chords. I'm just saying the lyrics fucking suck, because they do.

  • Somehow my second to last comment didn't go through so I'll recreate it to the best of my abilities. Look at the lyrics I posted. Those are so completely unhealthy for a developing mind. They're telling you that instead of dealing with your problems you should fucking liquor yourself up, and shoot yourself. All this does to young people is allow them to justify basking in their own pool of festering apathy and get a staff infection from it, so to speak. It's not good for the ego.

  • So your not Gerard are you? He can express his feelings if he wants and i don't really think your a genious and you know exactly what music is perfect for the developing mind am I right? OR do you know everyones thoughts and feelings, haha you should hear some Hollywood Undead you'll like that shit even better!.

  • Honestly, I fucking hate Hollywood Undead, you are correct. I'd rather have MCR shoved up my urethra then listen to Hollywood Undead for any extended amount of time. Also, take note of the fact my comments were from 3 months ago. I honestly don't give a fuck about MCR, what they do, or who listens to them at this point. It is catchy sounding, no doubt it appeals to the mind, but I just really dislike the lyrics. So, whatever floats your boat girlfriend.

  • @weaponsofmasturbatio your a lowly fuck.. go comment on something you care about, and then write a comment that people really give a fuck about.

Dont waste ur unprecious time of ur life replying this, cause i really wont care, your just ignorant fuck who needs a talking to. And if u tihnk IM being ignorant, sure, im being ignorant to you, in defense of other people. Suck our dicks!

    then go to hell.

    mmk

    kthx baii

(anyone else feel free to reply his next coemment, cause im not)

  • @weaponsofmasturbatio dude, up the fuck shut. if you hate my chem soooooo much, then why are you listening to them?? why do you waste your time talking about them? its kind of pathetic. my chem means something and they aren't just canned lyrics and stock beats, like i'm betting most of the music you listen to is. my chem saves lives, and if you can't appreciate that, then okay. go fuck off and stop bothering my chem fans about how much you hate MCR.

  • @tuxxy1801 Man I haven't said anything on here for a couple months now. But alright, if you want to bring me back into this argument/onto this thread, be my guest. A: Did you really just tell me to up the fuck shut? Are you Mormon out the asshole? I didn't know you guys were allowed to listen to such heathen music as MCR. B: I 'waste' my time talking about them because although there is a small, very small, spot in my heart for MCR's moving music, it is BAD music, and people need to realize

  • @tuxxy1801 that it is bad music, even if you like it. It is kind of pathetic, I agree, but you taking the time to respond to my bull shit is as pathetic. And I really don't think 'My Chem' means too much of something, but that's a matter of opinion, they have a very mainstream sound if that's what you mean by canned and stock beats. And you don't know over 99% of the music I listen to, though the same can be said for the music I know you listen to. As to MCR saving lives, I highly fucking

  • @tuxxy1801 doubt that, I don't give any musical artist that much credit as to have 'saved' lives.

  • You fucking obviously have you fucking HEAD WAAAAY UP YOU 3RD GRADE ASS DON'T YOU?!?!

Learn how to fucking wipe your ass correctly before you fucking talk.

Because you are FULL OF SHIT.

  • And lmao@ this guy. Wow man, mature a bit, its my fucking opinion and you obviously disagree. Sure, I insulted someone in the first sentence of my comment, but the rest of said comment was pretty full of some very, what I believe to be anyway, likely explanations and elaborations for and on emotions. All you did was manage to insult me in four or five stereotypical ways. You should learn to read the instructions on the douche before you use it.

  • @weaponsofmasturbatio You make some damn good points that I have realized, but never actually thought were true. Unfortunately, I realize that MCR's lyrics do promote suicide, but their music is so good that I can't help but listen to it.

  • Thank you, I appreciate your appreciation of my points. Don't get me wrong, I love the way this album sounds, and you know it's better then the average rock, metal, screamo, cd that comes out these days; their tone sounds great. I think that a band like MCR is comparable to the Emo-Industry or what have you, as Lil Wayne is to Rap. They're honestly not that good, they just know what to say and how to say it to appeal to their target audience.

  • a) umm, relax

    b) call me what you like, i dont care

maybe i have something better to do than to read your little comments in some youtube page of a My Chem. song.

i really dont care anymore now.

so, would you want to like calm down, stop posting me those fucking "ooh, these lyrics suck you whore" comments and stuff?

i dont give a shit anymore

  • @Peglol96 I am very calm, sir. I simply use capitals and certain language to make a point. And I never really called you anything, just supported my argument. You didn't support your argument at all and you still aren't. Now I'm going to proceed to call you some things because you're fucking retarded. You're the type of person who thinks they're the fucking shit, you think you're oh-so intelligent so it makes up for your lack of communication with the rest of the world.

  • @Peglol96 You have friends, but not many, and I doubt you keep friends for very long. Nobody likes you so you should go chase cars in eight-lane traffic with Gerard.

  • Nice job stalking people in youtube.

  • On*

  • jajajaja

    true jajajajaja...

  • My Chemical Romance has a song for about every emotion. i love them deeply. </3

  • You, my darling, are fucking retarded. Emotions are one thing that make everyone unique, you can never honestly say that any two people have the exact same emotions. They are purely yours, although 'happy' may be used by near everyone, it doesn't necessarily mean the same thing for everyone, and no one will ever know if it does, but the large chance is that emotions are not the same and never are.

  • WEEEE TYSM <33333333333 I've been trying to find this song forever....It's the best song i've EVER heard....OMG *spazzes* love it. <3333333

  • The beginning reminds me of a vampire movie. Lols..great song (:

  • This is my favorite song from MCR. I literally can't get tired of it.

  • This is MCRs best album , it's really different to the other two which were probably classed to be commercial .

  • i'm hooked on mcr.

  • 1337 song

  • i love the "and as we're falling down" part at the end of the song. :)

  • Hell yeah! that's the finale of the song!!

  • This song is so beautiful... :')

Oddly enough, when I hear songs, I think about colors. In Helena, I think about black and red. In To the End, I think about Green and Purple. In this song, I think about red and purple.

  • This song is black and purple for me. Dead is just red and Teenagers, orange. Give 'em hell, kid, dark green and Cemetery Drive has the colour of blood. And so I could go on... wow! I never noticed this not only happens to me!!

  • Yeah... I'm going to go with black and purple for this song... that sounds like me... black and purple and a dark shade of red violet....

But, for me: Black Parade would be white and black, Helena is still red and black, Disenchanted is a light blue and white, I'm Not Okay would be red and white, To The End is still green and purple, or like colors that are like toxic, venom or poisonous. Don't make me ramble on and on... trust me... LOL

  • LOLOLOLOL i like how the way disenchanted is light blue i totally agree and that 1....LOL

  • hmm i think of cemetery drive as gray, black and red

  • should look up a painter :p some russian guy named Wassily Kandinsky would paint music using shapes and colors he saw heh

really interesting, wish that was what my mind jumped to when i listened to music.

  • hmm sounds cool i always thought shapes had there own distinct colors and songs and for somes reason fractions

  • alot of people who see colors in each note can use that to play songs by ear.

  • yea some notes depending on the pitch are close to the color but have there own shade its really weird but cool ive had some many art tutors and a lot of that information can be aplied to music and helps me play guitar

  • i m addicted to this song.ahh

  • I love all the albums :)<3

  • I love the lyrics in the song. I was pretty obsessed with my chemical romance already, and when i heard this song i was in love, hah.

  • This song is really long but its worth listneing to because its really good.

And sorry for all the typos I'm trying to get my thoughts down ASAP

  • i like the first album alot more than the other 2... three cheers for sweet revenge is OK but this album is the best (Y) =]

  • I dont get it??? How com sooo many mcr fans dont like tbp???? I mean like Gerard said...wats so wrong wit singing about missing someone (disenchanted ect.) as aposed 2 vampire assassins(vampires will never hurt you ect.)?????? In mi opionion, everything they do is fucking amazing

  • I agree =) Everyone is such big fans but they hate TBP sooooo much. I mean i love all their albums!

  • Thnx.....= )

  • I love TBP the album and the song itself, its really good.

  • I TOTALLY agree : )

  • one of my favorite songs by th em LONG LIVE BULLETS!
