No it's NOT with what is called invisible elastic. Here he uses something you CAN SEE to "get it" Look under "Loops". Same thing as invisible string, but invisible elastic. Actually there is a BETTER "Rising Card" you can buy for like 18-20 bucks that you can literally lean against something you walk away and it rises.
