Id love to see how you do the self made noodles! mabey you can do a video sometime? I miss good soba noodles with that light summer sauce! I cant remember the brand. as far as scientific explinations of earths changes, Ive given up on "experts", they gotten so much wrong and I dislike the academic system of exclusion of alternative views. So many good careers have been destroyed over climate change.
@petermohlman- was watching a documentary about Japan's recent tsunami when i was typing and it got typed in with my comment :)) Sometimes I do many things at the same time and things get mixed up:) It's just flat & rustic looking tignanello type. I will make a vid. next time.Made a small batch just over a cup of buckwheat flour, little salt, an egg and some water made into a dough then flattened it in a floured board with my mini wooden roller then cut into 1/2 inch strips...
