@CaptainCrunchityzer I had to use a CGA-EGA-YUV-VGA-converter. Also, the game board outputs at 25khz and my screen is fixed at 31.5khz, this board also rectified that problem. these are available on ebay, make sure you get the one with two outputs.
@CaptainCrunchityzer goodman, the only thing keeping a lot of arcade machines alive are private users. check out the virtua fighter 2.1 video. I painstakingly put this original board back together and added a few extras like two video outputs.
for making the joystick work on the emulator, easy...
you need an I-Pac, you can search it up on google and try to but one. It makes your computer think the joystick is your keyboard. The computer doesn't know the difference : ( poor computer, too stupid.
Visit moomert1's page on youtube for installation and more. Hope this helped all.
you need nvidia graphics card on your pc, if your using a built in laptop one its not good enough. the pc setup i have uses a 8600 geforce gt , its a cheap 55 euro one and works for all naomi emus and model 2 stuff, highly recommended
Hey bro what does a cabinet like that cost, you are DAMN lucky..
I'd love to grab one and get your set up so I can switch between snk vs. capcom and Streetfighter vs. Xmen, I also love the streetfighter alpha series
this type arcade cab has a bog standard VGA connection for the screen (res= 640x480 max) it also has basic sound input jacks for the speakers. The buttons can be connected to a I-pac (google it) , this allows you to program the button definitions to what suits your emulator, sounds complicated but tis really simple and id recommend it highly.
hi, i use nulldc 1.0.3 to emulate the sega naomi and dreamcast system, just google it and youll find the emu. it's running on a pentium dual core duo E8400 with 1 gig ram @667ghz and a geforce 9600gt graphics card (the 60 euro one, it has pixel shader 4) all runing on a mini atx motherboard.
Getting mine soon!

Is there a guide somewhere that tell you how to connect the computer to the cabinet and monitor? Do they use regular VGA and USB connection?
