There is nothing in The Paris Peace Treaty of 1783 that says the King of England is the "prince of the United States", and tha the US is still a colony as this video claims. I read it. Interesting vid though.
The King "forgot" our differences, although the King couldn't just make the agreement with us, there had to be an agreement with "real" power first - France. The signatories are all addressed as esquire...implying they remain british "gentlemen" . foreigners are addressed differently, especially representatives and head of state types.
It says "prince elector" even though he was a King. So he was to be the "elected prince" of the U.S., since he couldn't actually be our King.
