The guy backing the vocals for Jerry Cantrell's parts has the lyrics wrong. During the chorus, after the 2nd "feed my eyes" part he says "can you sew them shut?" again when he's supposed to say, "now you've sewn them shut". I really like David's vocals, but the guy doing backing vocals needs to be punched in the face for getting the lyrics wrong.

This is a lot better than some of those other bands that cover this song. Tool and Pantera are awesome bands but "Man in the Box" is definitely not their forte. What's important is the tribute to an inspiration and not so much the performance of the cover.

@xnagab Depending on the venue he will or won't say shit. This particular video was done at Disney world, which is why it is excluded. As for "Always be my baby", that's not one of his songs. That was a cover he did on idol. You should check out his early stuff from Axium, one of his bands, or his Analog Heart cd. He's not a pop singer.
