Wondering where you got your exercise mat. I would like to find a mat that's sturdy enough to jump rope and do other dynamic exercises safely. I am hoping to find a mat that would maintain the impact so as to not disrupt my neighbor downstairs. Thanks!!
@ tyciol First exercise, you can either extend your arms above your head so you can make it a little tougher for the exercise because your arms put distribute more weights on your upper body. Secondly if you have no problem with that then you can hold a 5 lbs or heavier depending on your level of comfort and take it from there. Be sure to maintain good form as you are increase the weights. Try to do the exercise while you are laying on more or thicker foam or on softer material.
For the first exercise phanca, when we can do 30 repetitions with our hands by our ears, where do we go next? Should we move our hands further up? Should we have a plate behind our head? Dumbbells in hands?
Also when I do these brone back extension exercises, it puts a lot of pressure on the front of my pelvis. Specifically, well, the sack. It gets smushed by my weight and it hurts. Is there a way to avoid this?
what do you do for your traps? you fucking supid shit, that question was asked 1 week ago, where is the fuxking answer,i hate retarded black people like you
you are doing these exercises way too fast.. make no swinging and make sure it takes 1-2seconds up and 1-2 seconds down. going down is same important as going up.
@zhyLTU I dunno about that. I do loads of pull ups and find they complement my lats but not my spinal erector. these calisthenic exercises isolate the lower back, giving it a greater workout. There are ways to work it on a bar but this is a lot simpler and easily accessible for most people.

kinda weird pull ups arent included since they are by fat the best back workout , even considering weights

hey, what about rotating your upperbody when moving up on the bench! That would be even more challenging ; )
