Oh no, not at all. This was in my own server, and this is legal. It isn't like hacks, its just cheats using sv_cheats 1. You can do it anytime you want, you won't get VAC banned.

Simply, you type mat_wireframe 0 or r_drawothermodels 1. If you put r_drawothermodels 0, it won't show your player models. And no, they don't have any of those commands in 1.6.

Well, not this version. In this game, you either play in a LAN ( Local Area Network ) server, or play online. I suggest you get it, but if you do, before you buy it, check your computer information because this game has high graphics so yeah.

Counter-Strike: Condition Zero. But I suggest you NOT to get it, it's not that good. Not many people play it, although you can play 2 different storyline games, I suggest you get this, or CS 1.6.
