I am very scared about geting mouth cancer i heard you can get it from bleaching your teeth and using mouth wash with alcohol in it. i whiten my teeth with the gel and trays nearly every day sometimes several times and use whitening tooth paste and a whitening wash which has alcohol in it it really burns when i use the mouthwash after. i am terrified of getting mouth cancer if i go to my dentist regulary will he detect anything abnormal straight away? should i stop the bleaching of my teeth??

I have a small white bump that kind of looks like a zit on my tongue and I also have a white area on the inside of my cheek. My Doc says the white area is an ulsar due to my chrons but I don't know what to think. I've had the white zit thing on my tongue since early this evening and the white area in my cheek for about 1 1/2 months. What should I do? I've smoked a few times (less than a pack, maybe 14 cigarettes in a week) and I'm freaking out. I have vowed to quit smoking for as long as I live

I'm a pipe smoker and I had a red patch on my tounge for a while, turns out it wasn't cancer just a irritation from a canker I'm lucky
