  • Oh hello! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (search on google)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my cousin lost a ton of weight with it.

  • Learn to burn! Eat clean ( eat 6 times a day, no carbs after 7 pm!), Power exersise ( more legs the better ), sleep (least 8 hrs a night) , fish oil ( promotes good health and fat burning ), HIIT cardio ( hold moderate pace for 2 mins then fast pace for 1 min for about 20 mins )

    Im a trainer and i know what works, now you do too!

    You WILL see results following these rules!

  • @badge1985 Yes it's good your right , the only thing i would change , is the 7 pm hour when you stop eating carbs , they are people working night shifts and stuff like that , those people need the carbs , i think would be better if you would say for exemple 3-4 hours before going to bed or something like that

    1. Eat healthy ( not necessary to eat less than ur body asks , no fast food or soft drinks)

    2. Run a lot ( best way of lose weight , and you can do it anywhere )

    It's really impossible not to lose weight this way !

  • @RJSNew You don't lose muscle weight (You only loose if you starv yourself , eat many times a day ( but don't eat until you can't get up the chair , just enough to to make the hunger go away ) Eat some cereals before going to the gym ( or where ever u do your workouts) those will give you energy ( something with carbs / But not Cheerios , Nesquick or other stuff like that , natural stuff dried up cereals and fruit) , and something that contains a higher amount of protein after .

    But I find that either 130-140 heart rate on cross trainer is thee most efficient out of treadmill v bike v cross trainer.

    I also noticed that Basketball sheds fat really well - so my guess interval training is the shizl!

  • when i want to lose the fat percentage on my body, i would simply eat meats and green vegtables and no carbs. do this every weekend and burn 500 cals on the bike. should take 50 mins at level 4 keeping my heart rate with in 130 to150. keeping legs speed at above 90rpm. through the week i would do lower body weights monday then wednesday and friday different types of upper body weights. through the week i may eat carbs to keep energy. works for me.

  • I over eat with donuts every night before bed and I still can't gain any weight! What else should I do? How many donuts should I eat, or maybe include some ice cream and some bacon with eggs? Don't know? Any advice?

  • @sa6oroman Try a bagel(complex carbs) with cottage cheese(protein) instead of donuts that have sugar. That way you will gain healthy weight instead of getting fat.

    If you are an extremely skinny and want to bulk up then you should try adding ice cream to your protein shakes but I wouldn't do it as a pre bed meal.

  • A major problem with gaining weight is from eating just before bed. You just filled your body with all the carbs and energy that you should burn off. But instead you go to bed and let all that sit there while your body is in idol and stores all those carbs etc. That is why you dont eat just before bed.

  • running is the quickest way to burn fat and anyone who says different has no idea what they are talking about...hes got a point when he says squats because its best to use large muscles when trying to burn fat because they need more energy but weight training does NOT burn fat like running or biking etc. you need oxygen to burn fat so you must jog at a slower pace if you cant hold a convo then slow down because the fat burning is aerobic.

You cant burn fat sprinting. like i said fat burning is aerobic hence you need ogxygen. sprinting you dont get enough oxygen yes you burn calories im not saying you dont and if your burning those sugars (carbs and sugars youve taken in that have stored) then those wont store as fat but excess sugars store as fat and if you are looking to lose weight dont sprint you wont burn fat.

  • @Evilcyber but with that thought, you have to keep in mind, if you starve yourself then your body goes into starvation mode. Then you wont lose weight at all, so as a recommendation that you eat something small, very small but something every 2-3 hours.

    Yep. Whenever I want to drop weight fast, I do road work, swimming and hit the sauna. Going to the weight room and doing muscle exercises will only bulk you up.

  • you can eat 3 hours before you go to bed... people say but i am going to store those calories... listen. if you burn 2000 calories a day normal.. say you take in 1600 all day and then about an hour before bed you take in 400 calories to equal 2000 calories. you are still going to burn those off because you always burn 2000 calories as your maintainence levels. you only store calories if you eat OVER your maintainence for the day

  • @MrRanger1987 That sounds logical, but I think the point is that your digestive system slows down at night so the calories aren't used properly, therefore they don't burn as efficiently. Of course, this doesn't stop me from eating at be time. I'm just sayin :-)

  • @soloandi23 ya but your say your MBR is 2000 calories as an example. if you eat 1600 calories all day and then before bed eat 400... your BMR was still 2000... so during the day you still burnt 2000 calories in the 24hour period. so you may not have burnt off all those calories you just took in but you still burnt off 2000 that day so your breaking even either way. i'm not saying thats the best way but your only going to gain weight if you take in above your BMR for the day

    -Build Muscle/Burn Fat

    -Always warm-up and stretch before every workout

    -Get your heart rate up and Do full body workouts

    -Don't eat 3 hours before Bed

    -Stay away from empty calories, and crappy Carbs (non whole grain foods = bad)

    -Get as much Protein and Fiber as possible

    Above all else have will power, it's all worth it in the end. Hope this helps and message me if you want some advice or encouragement.

  • @MikeArens Actually eating right before you go to bed is the best you can do. Your muscles regenerate the most whole you are sleeping. Since you can't eat protein while sleeping you will need to eat something that provides you with a lot of protein that works slowly, like tuna for example. Not eating 3 hours before bed is like decreasing muscle gain by 50%.

    workout every day

    in few months (2-3) you will look alot better
