I've got mine in Katakana, (Japanese script for imported words), is perfect too.

I'm in Japan now and most of their lager is bearable but it's no the same.

Tennents is pishwater

Asahi Superdry or Asahi Black are the standard I'd go no lower than.

Ebisu is fantastic.

Ebisu is nice stuff I have to admit but my favourite is Ginga Kogen wheat beer, very mild and not at all bitter.

Yep, just down the road in Chiba. I would have considered my current place as hopelessly rustic when I lived in Kichijoji but it's kind of nice being in a place with a bit of greenery and twenty minutes drive from the coast. Cheers.
